I never interacted much with the agent I was dealing with, except was told via email to complete their form (which was really comprehensive and easy). Two days later she called me to go over rates, and told me she had beat my State Farm rates. When she gave me the numbers, I said, actually, what you have quoted me is higher than what I have now. Very quickly she responded, "Ok, well, you should stick with State Farm." click... hung up on me! I've been thinking about it all weekend, but what a bizarre interaction and just strange.
