GEICO INSURANCE. CROOKS. I have been with Geico for about 4 or 5 years. I have three vehicles and have NEVER had a claim with them. Within the past year one of my vehicles was hit twice with no fault of ours and Geico was not involved in the accidents. The other companies paid everything. Now Geico is telling me that my insurance is going up because of those accidents anyway. I have never heard such nonsense at all. I'm finding new insurance and leaving them. Called spoke to Debrah who promised me a call back with a quote. I never received a call back and when I called to follow up, she couldn't remember the details and then started to talk about an auto policy when I wanted a homeowners. Once I said that she disappeared on the call...I didn't know if she hung up, or what. I used to work for Prudential Insurance so I know that I want an Agent who is on top of things and could be there God forbid I need them!
