Within two months, that crashed and burned, but that's for another review. I've turned to Vickery in now TWO unfortunate insurance situations caused by the Flores agency, and they've taken care of me quickly and easily. Once I discovered my home policy had been canceled (only notice was a refund check), Jan Oliver at Vickery stayed late on a Friday so that I didn't go into the weekend without coverage. They can shop so many different companies to get you the best deal. It may not be the cheapest out there, but it's worth the extra $50/month I'm paying on my home policy to have open communication with my agency. If a payment somehow goes unpaid, they will at least call me and alert me instead of letting my insurance lapse. I appreciate the genuine care they have for their customers. We have our life insurance with Josh Hinton. He is proactive and responsive. I have called him many times with questions. Bottom line is that the people at Vickery treat you like family, and that's so important when it comes to protecting your most important assets.
