    I would give 0 stars if i could i been given the run around for months now and still no solution,…read moreignoring my calls and emails still waiting for my refund thats more than $1466.00(down paymenti had to pay in advanced)i took down my first review on yelp because i was gaslighted thinking that i would be insured and given my refund by now. This has been an ongoing issue since Feb 2025 this year very bad at communicating and even given a update or follow up on the situation. I DID EVERYTHING I WAS ASKED TO DO ON MY END. My insurance(integon) got cut off off the negligence of the company i would always send the letters and contact the agency when the insurance company would mail me letters and this couldnt be stayed on top of now my car is in the street with NO insurance at all and i been robbed for my money. My other option is paying them another downpayment for another insurance so i can be covered which is more than a thousand dollars but i dont want this issue happening once again so the money thats going to be refunded from the prior downpayment would go towards that but yet im still awaiting MY REFUND. I am not going to pay double to the company for nothing. Oh yea and on top of that i paid insurance for no reason which is paid in full on the website i have proof of so that's means i would be getting my downpayment back and MORE since i paid for no reason everything off because i have no insurance now that randomly cut off for months now.

When we purchased our home, we were not insured for several…read moreweeks because of the negligence of State Farm, they have mess in their office, nobody knows what they are doing, not the best start. We let it slide. I guess not everyone there is too competent. My name was misspelled, so when I asked to have it corrected was told , it takes 10 days. In the meantime dealership asked me to provide proof of insurance. Going back and forth 15-20 times in 2 days, they keep giving me run around. It takes 5 minutes for a human being to get it done, maybe a day for a monkey. It is second day. Nothing resolved, my money feeds them, I know they dont like to hear it, so Jessika Harrington instead of deescalating this situation, after I lost it, tells me I couldn't afford her ( didnt know State Farm agents solicit different services) I am very religious and married man btw, and you dont talk to your paying customer in this unprofessional manner. Update, after mentioning that I'm going to write a Google review Jessika tells me, that State Farm lawyers are going to go after me, and she knows where I live and where me and my wife work (not sure if that was to warm up our conversation, or more like mob style talk) and that I will be charged with defamation. Way to do business and attract more customers I guess, instead of maybe being more empathetic and having ability to listen more and talk less. I am very scared of her threats. Thats why I am writing this review, with hope that it will be read by principals at State Farm headquarters. Jessica Harrington is a stellar example of how to conduct business and how to deal with public. Just kidding. Seeing review rebuttals from State Farm, I dont see much movement towards appeasing customers and resolving issues. More of snarky responses in the way of blaming customer. I am not expecting anything different. At the end of the day State Farm will be left with my 1 star review, and my money will go somewhere else. ***Another UPDATE, So I got hold of the cell number of the owner Kyle Rourke and texted him for help and that I was not happy with the situation. When he called me back I was relieved and hoped for situation to be resolved, owners are usually last resort and have skills to fix any situation. Not this guy.To my shock, he started berating me for mistreating his employees (I thought everything was on recorded lines, so he would hear that it is not true, or his employees lied about conversation being recorded) Then he points that my english is not the best, because I wrote in a previous review, which I deleted that some of his people speak poor english. That is the owner of the agency that provides services to the public! Then he went on telling me to never call him, which I won't and demanded that I take the review down, otherwise I will face legal actions. Magnificent way to do business and attract more clients. Who knows maybe all 1* reviewers are in jail already? Or Maybe that's how you do business in North Korea, you complain? Lawsuit! For anyone reading this, please do yourself favor and take your money somewhere else. Since there were threats from Jessica Harrington and owner Kyle Rourke, I am not suicidal and in great health. So if something happens to me.
