This last time I sold my house and the proceeds that I got for my house I cut a check with my proceeds to pay for some sewer line damage and then I presented it to my insurance company after I paid it it took me three months to finally get a check and then I found out the check was made out to me and my title company that sent me back for another two weeks then I finally got another check back and it was the wrong one they are horrible when it comes to paying out claims don't let them fool you. It's funny when they want their premium every month it's paid but then when they have to write up a claim they don't want anything to do with it I recommend you staying very far away from this company especially farmers of Salem Massachusetts they're horrible people. Especially Tammie Pearce! She's the one that gave me so many headaches and problems she acts as if she's not a consumer at the end of the day.
