The staff and instructor are pretty great in how accommodating they can be. Noelle who is the office manager makes the registration and initial process completely painless. You can ask so many questions and always expect to see a smile on Noelle's face. Tim who is one of the instructor is quite amazing too. He is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the field of real estate. He keeps the classes pretty entertaining and easy to follow. Location is fairly easy to find and, even has a small parking lot in the front. If the front lot is full, there is another lot (larger) which you can park in and walk over a half block to get to class.

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
