This was strictly labor - a tech with a power drill!! I was told it would be $85 for diagnosis. Before I knew it he had calibrated my double oven and told me I owed $440!! He never even told me that it is a flat fee of $220 per oven!! And, I was given NOTHING in writing. Had I known that it was going to cost so much, I would've paid the $85 and hired someone else to calibrate it. In retrospect I probably could've found a YouTube video on it!! I am posting this review so others will be aware of their unscrupulous practices and to remind consumers to always get a quote upfront. This was an expensive lesson for me that I will not soon forget.

He worked hard, putting in a good amount of elbow grease on what I can only imagine was over a decade of buildup from the previous owner, and the oven looks much better. There were certain areas he couldn't tackle without using harsher chemicals and he didn't want to affect my family's health, which I appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable for the work he put in, and I'd gladly reach out to him again for cleaning services.

The owner of this cleaning service came over and yelled at a poor girl for getting a sip of water! She told her boss she was dizzy, the owner proceeded to tell her she needed to eat in the car between houses! I talked with one of the girls and she said they are not allowed to drink water, must eat between homes, not wash their hands at the home they are cleaning! They are not given gloves, mask just the cleaning supplies. Then she tells me they think their tips are being stolen we were shocked. The next few weeks these poor girls told me they don't get breaks or a lunch! The first girl I talked to I hadn't seen so I asked what happened and learned this owner fired the girl for something someone else broke in a client's home. We kept track of the tips we gave the girls they never got them! This owner is terrible I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy!! Shame on you Jodi for taking advantage and abusing those poor girls may every thing you have done to them fall on your head you evil woman shame on you!

We had an awful experience with the owner, Jodi. She showed up to give us a quote and didn't take…read moreher shoes off. She proceeded to go through my home and evaluate every room. We wanted to hire her to do a deep clean and then clean the whole house every week. She gave us a quote, which we thought was high for the weekly clean and negotiated it down a bit. The deep clean went well, although, it took a bit long as the girls were just getting to know our house, the layout etc. (My husband and I have learned from having paid professional housekeepers for the past 20 years, that the first couple of cleanings take longer than usual.) Jodi sends her girls back the following week, and when they show up...they have a list of a very limited amount of rooms that they will clean every week AT the SAME pay that Jodi quoted us for the ENTIRE house! What! My husband calls her for an explanation. Jodi told my husband very curtly that this was nonnegotiable. He explained the amount of time that we know our house takes to clean from experience, and understands that it will take the girls a few cleanings to get their routine down. BTW: My husband and I are both neat freaks, our house isn't that dirty, and we only have two 5 pound Yorkies. We have the normal/typical amount of dust/dirt from normal daily living, and we tidy up constantly. Our house cleaning didn't even require making beds or picking up any clutter etc. So, the phone call about this matter did not go well. She called my husband a liar (because we had to do additional detailed work after the "deep clean"). She was snotty, condescending, and unprofessional on the phone. She told us that she cleans hundreds of houses per week (which can't be true, because one of the girls that helped with the "deep clean" told me that Jodi only has four house keepers currently). She continued to say that if we wanted our whole house cleaned every week, she would have to charge us an additional $175! We were already paying her $325, which we thought was high, but wanted the detailed work that she promised. I don't understand how a person who is supposed to be very knowledgeable about cleaning homes can give an exact quote after a thorough inspection of every room in my home, and then increase her price without notice. After being completely insulted, and then duped, we promptly fired her service. I highly recommend that you do not waste any time with Jodi's Cleaning Service.

I had an awful experience with IBI. The entire project was mismanaged (3 different project managers…read morein a 6 month period) with poor communication, poor workmanship, and an owner (Tony) who would rather battle his clients than right any wrongdoing by his company. We had them do three different areas of tilework; kitchen backsplash, powder room floor, and a 225 sq ft sunroom. All three areas had to be redone as the workmanship was such a poor quality. I had to hire a separate company to fix the powder room floor after IBI botched the job twice (see white mosaic tile picture). The kitchen backsplash tile spacing was extremely uneven (the installer used torn pieces of construction paper for spacers) and had to be ripped out and reinstalled. The tile spacing in the sun room (10" dark gray hexagon tiles) was off by as much as .5" in places and tiles had to be removed and reinstalled. The grout color was mixed incorrectly and way lighter than it was supposed to be. On top of all that, the charged us more than double industry standard for the work. We eventually had to take them to arbitration to receive credits that were owed. Almost all of the work was subcontracted. The only work that IBI actually did was install new cabinets. The kitchen was gutted and their "designer" created a layout that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They did not realize this until everything was done and the fridge didn't fit in the space allotted. We were left with a damaged fridge (dented by IBI in the moving process - another matter that was settled in arbitration) that was sticking out 3 feet into our kitchen for months while we battled to get the issue corrected. They eventually had to rip out the cabinets and modify the design so that we could have a standard sized fridge. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Incredible Builders. Hire someone else who can do the job right the first time. Also, be cautious of the positive reviews that are sure to follow this one. Tony has been known to hassle customers who had an ok experience and pressure them to write positive reviews to save face for the company.
