To my amazement customers reached out to actually give my kids some cards and the store owner was absolutely amazing. I guess I got to the point in life when my kids are now teaching me stuff. OMG. However the prices are ridiculously high compared to online retailers like Amazon. I love the atmosphere and experience of shopping in person but it's hard to justify the higher prices for the same books that I could get delivered to me. Recently I saw the TV show and I was so hooked that I finished the series in a span of days, which is saying something as I much prefer books to TV. That said, when I found out that the TV series was based on a book series I just had to get my hands on the books. I chose to start off with the first two and I ordered from this and another place, figuring whichever got to me first would be where I would get the books and the second place, well, I'd have my order canceled. True to my word, I did just that and came in to pick up my books. Imagine my surprise at how large the bookstore was. It even has a coffee shop. I'd have spent more time there, but my companion was in a rush, so picked up my books and wound up buying a card and that was that.
