I purchased a 80" Sony TV, J.B.L. Sound bar, TV Hanger and surge Protector. I wanted to wait for delivery until my rook addition was finished; however I was told they could not warehouse. So, the next week they delivered the items. It sat in my spare bedroom for three months. Geek Squad came out and mounted the TV. A few days later, Comcast came out to hook it up. They could not get the sound bar to work. Comcast was out three times with different people. Could not get sound bar to work. They told me that the Sound bar was faulty. I went in to Best Buy. At first the employee said that they would just swap it out with another. Then he said; we arn't doing anything. WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED?? I Called and spoke with the Manager (Michelle). She stated that their warranty system was now 60 days and then reverts to the manufacturer. Call J.B.L. ; NO LUCK. I have not and will not shop at Best Buy again. They went from Great service to NO SERVICE.

For one, no one ever answers the phone so you really…read morehave to just go in and ask for updates/inquiries etc. Second, they charged me nearly $260 to replace the casing on my phone and told me it would be done within 4-5 days. It took over a week and a half to get my phone back and I had to return back twice to check on the status. They only called and "updated" me once which was really just a voicemail asking to call back. I called back within ten minutes and no one answered, FIVE times. So I had no clue what was going on after they took my money since it was "required" to order the part. THEN the part somehow got lost in the mail and they had to reorder it and "overnight" it but it still took four more days. This place is a joke. And I received my phone with scratches on the display screen. Don't waste your time or money
