DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I just experience the WORST modification court case process EVER. This guy…read moreNEVER returns any of our family calls for a WHOLE WEEK leading up to our court case. Remind you they had been returning our calls most of the time until we get into a WEEK of going to court and in hopes of providing the family, with the Zoom link, and brief discussion on how this process works etc. Then the day of the hearing, the judge ask did we have any individuals on the Zoom call or any family members who will be listening in etc. Bryan straight LIES in court and tells the judge he sent the family a form or something like that, but the family NEVER replied. Which obviously was not true (Now this just confirms that you are a LIAR, and we CANNOT TRUST YOU) Luckily, we had someone IN PERSON, who was in attendance representing the family (most out of state of Indiana) who stood up and says there IS family on the zoom call, and she explains that she had provided us with the link. The judge says okay because I do see people on the call. Luckily, we were able to be granted access from the Host and was able to view the hearing. During this process of modification, basically the prosecutor was dwelling on the past of things that occurred 6 years ago and basically said they did not think it was a good idea to let the defendant out (after serving 24 Years and NO this is not a murder CASE) After this was stated, the judge then Ask Brian did he have anything to say, and he says, "I will not give up on the Defendant". Like that is your Closing Remarks??? Also, they DID not give the family an opportunity to say remarks and someone had their hand raised the ENTIRE time during this hearing but was NEVER acknowledge. Also, the plan in place for after release was Never mentioned (more Positive side) Well, the Ending, you know the REST.... Its ANDERSON! (Too bad I have to at least give 1 Star but I prefer 0 STARS!)

I retained NiCale for a bankruptcy and things went well until I checked my credit report as she recommends I noticed my vehicle was included in the filing which was a mistake. I reviewed my forms to verify, although I distinctly remembered discussed keeping my ONLY vehicle. I was hoping to use my good payment history with the car to rebuild my credit because I have 3 years left to pay! I contacted NiCale's office about this immediately and was told my lender didn't provide a necessary form and it could be corrected for an attorney fee AND additional filing fee. I was puzzled because it wasn't my mistake, and the attorney's JOB for which she was already paid to be sure things were correct the first time. I contacted my lender and spoke to their attorney and I can keep my vehicle but it's not going to be reflected on my credit report as anything positive. I would not recommend NiCale to anyone as she has refused to accept accountability for the mistake and I feel like she's trying to swindle more money out of me to fix the problem. This problem still isn't fixed and I'm not getting credit for continuing payment on my car.

At our 1st meeting she argued that we were 20 minutes late for our appointment (we were 10 minutes early). She put in her report that she smelled cigarette smoke on my husband & I. Does that make us bad Grandparents? She also said she felt I was being "less than truthful" with her - how did she get that in one 20 minute meeting? Anyone who knows me will tell you that I am very truthful and can't stand Liars, cheats or Thieves! She didn't reveal or disqualify herself even though my ex son-in-law was giving her nephews baseball hitting & pitching lessons. She used her family members (a former classmate of my daughter) Facebook page to stalk my daughters PRIVATE Facebook page. Claiming my daughter hated her ex. Really? It's a divorce/custody case, imagine that! She wrote in her Guardian Ad Litem report that during her visit to my daughters house that she noted magazines on the bottom shelf of the aquarium stand. Magazines?! That there were cracker crumbs on the carpet where my then 3 yr old grandson had just been snacking (she saw him) & watching cartoons. She claimed my daughter was difficult to schedule an appointment with. But nothing about it being due to my daughter working for a hospital in Muncie and no available PTO hours due to court issues. How willing my ex son-in-law was to schedule (he was unemployed). Those are the only things she wrote in her report about my daughter & our family. However, her opinion of my daughters ex was glowing! No mention of his lengthy unemployment, living in a high-end rental in Fishers with his then girlfriend that neither had the income to support & were evicted 4 months later owing $28k in unpaid rent. Nor did she mention their 3 other evictions and/or bankruptcies. No vehicles/insurance in their names, multiple judgements all public info that she DID NOT research or did not feel the need to include in her report - I guess that info wasn't as important as magazines on the bottom of an aquarium. Finally, when questioned on the witness stand she admitted that she HAD NOT done her job as a Guardian Ad Litem due to taking care of a ill family member and farm. Funny, she still billed my daughter $700. This is all public info and can be proven through court transcripts.

She may be great. But I can assure you this is a deviant character with zero integrity bereft of any morality or principle and am very confident I made the correct choice in asking for a refund. she in my opinion, effectively stole 2k from me in 16 after-business hours and claimed to be reviewing documents when she absolutely categorically demonstrably was not. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Keep looking! Complaints will be made with appropriate channels. Also, my refund was supposedly processed at around 4 pm last Friday, and is still not hit my account. Despite Mrs furguson understanding the urgency. Again, no idea how well she advocates in court but can say with confidence this person lacks integrity is void of anything that resembles decency or a beating heart, and in my view my experience with this person was nothing short of theft. You've been warned.
