Pay attention to the Carfax, and read between the lines of oil changes and regular maintenance done on the car. If there's a lot of unusual work it's likely there's a larger issue. Also, look at where the car originated from and where it was serviced at. Mine was local and serviced at the originating dealership. After purchase, I took mine for an oil change and inspection, and it turned out in great condition! They offer 3rd party warranties, and gap insurance, I only got the gap personally. I am so happy with my purchase, and highly recommend Car Choice!

They are rude, disrespectful, and scammers. Run from this dealership and spread the word. They wouldn't take the car back when I called the very next day to return it after the drive home.

I replied to the thread by asking for 3 things: the vehicle's carfax, the invoice with info on the car and an itemized list of the out the door price. All things I ask for before I step foot in a dealership. Edwin stated that he cannot give me a price over text... wrong... he wouldn't do it. Stay away from these kinds of dealerships that are not transparent. I then asked for a manager to contact me... he replied with the dealership's number and said to ask for Edwin... he's a sales rep, not a manager. When I told him HE was Edwin, crickets... like I said, stay away from non-transparent dealers. UPDATE: He did eventually reply and confirmed he was Edwin folled up with, "Tell you what. Bring me all those breakdown prices after shopping around and let see what I can do for you". A GOOD dealership doesn't do this. They provide the seller with clear, transparent information and if they have the best price and a TRUSTWORTHY sales team, they get the sale. I have a 789 credit score, preapproved through my credit union... I am ready to go with a GOOD dealer... not this one.

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. But not with Jimmy. He isn't your average overly aggressive or sleazy snake oil salesman, that gives a bad name to many dealerships ..you know - the one breathing on your neck and pushing you to buy the car. Jimmy was very nice, relaxed and patient, allowing me to talk and ask questions. He answered any questions about the car, educated me on things I didn't know - what to look for in an used car and then left me to look at the vehicle and take photos. Eventually we went test driving without any pressure and rushing. He not only had a great price tag on the car I liked, but was very honest about the fees and there was nothing "extra" hidden in a small text. And since I am moving out of state in a few days, Jimmy advised me on the out-of-state transferring process, thus saving me bunch of money on the registration of the car. He is a very down-to-earth, honest, hardworking fellow, owning a small business and who works very hard (..including his son Cory) to keep a great name for himself and he's know for his honesty and great priced vehicles. I needed a part for a Honda Pilot and they had it in stock. The owner was very nice and had my part ready upon arrival. They sell good quality used car parts. The owner also informed me that they get their cars from the auction and they believe in selling only high quality used car parts. If I ever was in need of a used car part again I would definitely check them out first. But hopefully I will not be needing them again any time soon. Car repairs can be costly but they help you save with inexpensive used car parts.
