He walked the property with me and explained everything he was doing, and he did it at a VERY reasonable rate, he even sealed all the access points!! We have used T&A for a few years now for bugs and spiders, and we just wanted to give Travis at T&A a shout out due to his amazing response time and great work!! Thank you again Travis!!

I'm planning on doing those things but hired them to set bait stations to reduce the population. In addition, when he came back to place the bait stations he told us that we had a gas leak. Yes a gas leak in our mother in law apartment where my elderly mother resides. He called me to let me know as I wasn't home. None of us smelled it & it had been like this for some time. I called our LP supplier & they came out immediately & sure enough we had a sizable kinked & cracked copper gas line behind our stove. Darrel May have saved my house & our lives. Since he deals with odors he is trained to recognize these smells. He is worth every penny & will also benefit from saving gas the gas that was leaking!

They were extremely professional from start to finish--showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail. After they wrapped up, they took the time to walk me around the property, point out a few problem areas, and even offered helpful advice on how to address them. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend BrightSight to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning.
