When we needed clarification on certain issues, Feliz didn't hesitate to jump on a call with us. Deadlines are everything in the escrow process, especially when mortgage loans are contingent; as a result of their professionalism, these were always met. I'd heard of horror stories where buyers failed to close on the contracted closing date and thus incurred both penalties and headache. Sapphire Escrow was also able to tailor their service to our unique situation and kept all parties in sync (coordinating between buyer, seller, and lender) for a stress-free experience.
