    My boyfriend and I have been on the hunt for a property for 7 months with no success when we decided to switch agents for a change of luck. Wilson and Jenny came to us through a referral and they truly are a godsend. They are both patient, knowledgeable, and personable - excellent qualities to have in a realtor. Not only that, they are very flexible with time. My boyfriend and I have different work schedules and they were able to accommodate when it comes to touring homes together. When we first saw our home listed on the market, we contacted Jenny and she worked quickly to get us an appointment time to tour that evening. We fell in love with the home and with the help of Wilson & Jenny, we were able to come up with a magic number and made an offer shortly after. We met the listing agent that weekend and opened escrow the next day. We closed in 20 days. The whole process was so smooth and effortless, with them being in communication with us the whole time for any questions and concerns. Wilson was very proactive when he needed to be to make sure deadlines were met. This process of home buying with a wonderful agent representing us was exactly what I imagined a home buying experience should be.     It's been about a month since meeting Will and Jenny and in this time we've seen a handful of properties and have already closed escrow on the most perfect house. Prior to meeting this Dream Team, my boyfriend and I were working with a different broker/agent who may not have been as savvy in today's competitive market. We lost 4 offers and were too discouraged to continue looking. However, after having seen how successful Will and Jenny were in finding so many of their clients their forever homes, we reached out to see if they could help us too. What's so great is that they were readily available to answer all sorts of questions when we weren't even their clients yet -- super helpful! When we finally did reach out to them, we started with a quick chat on a Tuesday, looked at our first properties on Wednesday, found an amazing house on Saturday, got our offer accepted on Sunday, opened escrow that Monday and closed escrow 18 days later. Every step of the process was so easy from the initial contact to determine our must-haves/deal-breakers, to putting in an offer that was tailored specifically to the sellers' needs while ensuring we were comfortable with the contract. Our offer wasn't the highest, but with Will and Jenny's persistence, skills and professionalism..the sellers chose to go with us. Our first offer and it was accepted in less than a week?     I am completely in awe with how this entire experience went. I am so grateful that I decided to reach out to Jenny and Wilson to help me throughout this process.     We started working with Jenny and Wilson back in November of 2019. My boyfriend and I always played with the idea of buying a house, but we didn't know where to start, who to talk to or what we could afford. We decided to get serious when we drove by the a new development in Orange County. After reaching out to Wilson and Jenny, they began breaking down the process of home buying for us and that's when all the fun began! Since we had an idea of the community, Jenny and Wilson immediately began doing their research and helped us lock in our highly preferred unit. During the process, Jenny and Wilson were always available via text, phone or email to answer any of our questions. No matter if the questions were big or small. They were always easily accessible, understanding and empathetic to our needs. Despite being in a pandemic, they remained ambitious and confident that we would get the dream home that we wanted. We owe a huge thank you to them for consistently being in contact with the sales teams to ensure all of our paperwork went through smoothly and for facilitating our loan application, which really helped us from not being overwhelmed on this journey.     Wilson and Jenny made our first home buying experience so positive and enjoyable. We were looking at homes on our own for months and decided to get serious and were referred to Wilson and Jenny. From our initial face time call, we knew that we'd be in good hands. We were all on the same page and they took the time to really tailor the search to our wants/needs. We anticipated that the search will take 6-12 months and were prepared for some heartbreaks because we knew the areas that we were searching are highly sought after and many of our own family and friends have been outbid multiple times before they got their offers accepted. However, everything just fell into place the moment we met Wilson and Jenny. Just one week after our initial call, we saw 3 houses with Jenny with the 4th one being the one we ultimately put our first offer in on! I remember we kept preparing ourselves for the worst so that we wouldn't be too heartbroken if it didn't work out. It was a couple days of negotiating/counter offers and we weren't even sure we'd stand a chance against multiple high offers. This is where Wilson worked his magic- working late nights and early mornings pushing to get through to the listing agent to make sure we'd get a shot at this. Well, it worked! We got our offer accepted against multiple high offers! Fast forward a month later, we got the keys to our new home and we still can't believe how quick the process was! Through it all, Wilson and Jenny would update us throughout the day, checking in to see how we're feeling, making sure we know they were on top of everything and that we didn't have anything to worry about.     Jenny and Wilson are a great team who helped us find and secure a beautiful home in Irvine!     Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

From understanding your own finances to navigating the real estate market and endless terminology, it's easy to become paralyzed and lost in the storm. This is where John comes in; he is the lighthouse guiding you safely back to harbor. John has deep industry experience. He understands the market, what's out there, and exactly how the process works. Most importantly, he listens. He truly understands your situation and has your best interests at heart. John remembers your goals and what you said would make you happy, using that as a compass for every decision. At times when we couldn't find the right fit and I started to deviate, he would remind me of my original vision to ensure I didn't settle. I'm going to say it twice: he truly has your best interests at heart. I have a tendency to push my limits, and John wasn't afraid to step in and advise me when something might overburden my finances. He isn't just trying to close a deal and meet numbers; he cares about your future. He is incredibly patient. There was definitely a learning curve for me, but John understands that everyone learns differently. He took the time to rephrase complex concepts and provided examples to ensure I fully understood every step. He never made me feel "dumb" for asking questions; you can tell he genuinely cares through his tone and approach. John is also remarkably responsive. Whenever I found a listing with high potential and forwarded it to him late in the day, he would acknowledge and respond promptly. Even when I felt bad for reaching out late, he provided peace of mind by doing his homework immediately. We were often at the property the very next day. He acts fast and efficiently.     Let me start by stating what's fair - they sold our home, within the time frame for a decent price…read more Nobody can take that away from then. So why the 2 stars? - Mostly because they just don't communicate. one weekend she was traveling (for vacation), another because someone had the flu. We had to beg her to talk to her, over and over, in very important dates. We left messages that often took a day to answer. She, more often than not, didn't answer the phone right away or within the hour. We had other RE agents before, but none were this unresponsive in crucial time. - She wanted to stall. We agreed on Jan 6 as a showing date, she pushed it to the 13th.. admitedly, she brought it back to the 6th, but what wasn't clear to me, is why do we need to work on doing this ,and do what felt like begging, when it's her job to make us happy to being bound to an agreement. She stalled again when she was "waiting" for her husband's input on some inspection, which could have only taken another 2-3 days over a weekend.- of course, he had no real input (and I am sure she knew that) - but why not install if she could in a time of real stress. - We had to keep our alarm system there, for insurance purposes. She didn't fight for us, at all, when we wanted it to be part of the deal (to save us the hassle), and once the deal was done and she got her 2.5% , she couldn't care less if we asked her to send it to us across the country. It would have been a minimal gesture, which she didn't do. - Let's be honest, selling a single family home in Garden Grove for its zestimate is not hard. Team Tackney are NOT on the cheap side (we got offers as low as 1.5%), but what we expected is responsiveness and courtesy - all they cared about was money.

Philip was always responsive to texts and phone calls. He and his team never dropped the ball. And they have always gone above and beyond. We are getting ready to move in, and Philip is still responsive when we need contacts for electricians (to install EV ports) or a handiman for garage work.
