Andy at Mcneice Wheeler handled our case and was very responsive and professional. He gave us sound advice throughout the settlement process and we are very happy with the outcome. My wife and I had been talking about getting our will done for years. This year was the year we got…read moreit done, and Tyler with McNeice Wheeler was fantastic. We scheduled a phone call with him due to COVID and was patient as we worked out the three way calling between my office, his office, and my wife at home. He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn't realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign. They had everything ready and laid out in the conference room with the necessary witnesses and notary (all socially distanced of course!) and made it super easy to pop in, sign, and continue with the rest of our errands that day. If you need your estate planning done, or any legal support, McNeice Wheeler deserves your attention.

This place has two good things going for this business, Hailey and Will. These two went above and…read morebeyond to help get us scheduled and point us in the right direction. Hailey was very polite and professional over the phone. Will could easily run this business by himself, he is very knowledgeable, knows the ins and outs of what path to take for our future goals, he is an awesome listener as far as our needs went, cares about what we really wanted, highly professional, and probably the best asset to this company. Should be making just as much as any lawyer in our opinion! If we could have done everything with Will from start to finish, we would be giving this place a 100 star review! The reason for the 2 star is due to Maureen and Lynn, these two are either in the sack together, or just two feminist liberals, who could careless about you as a person and your long term goals. Maureen has no clue what she's talking about, not very personable, or friendly, and money hungry. She should be taking notes from Will on how to do her job or better yet Will should have her job! Lynn was trying hard for us to agree to other terms in our write up that we were never discussed, so what was the point of meeting with Will if she's going to change things up. All in all, our experience with Hailey and Will was exceptional and horrible with Lynn and Maureen! Hope the Owner takes notes and changes things up for what's best for their Clients and who they work best with here!
