They have everything from pet supplies to grocery pantry to toys, household, cleaners, and items, and even a section for parties. Think of a mini Walmart but more colorful and inviting. It was easy to navigate an easy to find all the items we were looking for in each individual section of the store. Definitely worth a commute over to the millennia area.

The women was knowledgeable of my venue, she had great suggestions, and was very kind. We needed to be able to flip our ceremony space into our dinning area space and she made me feel so much more comfortable with that turnaround. We visited the showroom and Jourdain was extremely helpful in picking out colored linens that worked best for us. They were also very accommodating and let us pick up our napkin linens a few days early to be able to roll the silverware ahead of time. Making changes to our reservation was easy and simple. The prices were reasonable and the products were higher quality than other vendors. The day of deliveries went extremely smooth. The workers even waited with the tables in the truck until after the ceremony so we could flip the space. I would highly recommend A Chair Affair. They made it as stress free as it could be.

I can explain my experience with BBJ Linen in 3 easy words: easy, friendly and professional…read more I was planning the Yelp open event for months and for our location, I needed to rent linens for the tables. What did I do? Yep, left this till about two days before the event (whoops). When I was calling around Orlando for pricing to compare, everyone I spoke to was very "eh" and then I was lucky enough to call BBJ Linen and spoke with Dona. She was so pleasurable and helpful! She worked with me to get me exactly what I needed for the event and did it with a smile. Yes, I could HEAR her smiling on the other end. I could tell she knew she was in the customer service world and LIKED it. And it's sad that it's hard to find people like that these days. Since it was a Wednesday and most linens were rented already, she worked with me to get a mixture of my colors, black and red and even explained each option. SUPER helpful and nice. They were ready the next day, cc accepted and pick/up or delivery was an option. I picked them up and it was a pleasant experience as well, they were very helpful and loaded the car. I had the option to either ship them back (free of charge) or deliver them back myself. I was in the neighborhood so I dropped them back off myself, super easy! 2 thumbs up for great customer service. AND, the linens looked great during the event!

This is by the far the coolest and strangest thing I've ever seen. I went to a baby shower not too…read morelong ago and saw what I thought was the cutest baby shower cake ever...but what I thought was a cake wasn't. It was actually baby diapers shaped into a cake-like formation with all kinds of fun accessories and baby items mixed in and around it. It was definitely the perfect center piece to have at shower meant just for baby. These diaper "cakes" come in all kinds of themes, styles, colors and varieties...all of them uber cute of course. You can choose how big it is having as little as 2 tiers of diapers or as many as 5 tiers which is 178 diapers...that'll keep mom set for a while. Plus, the "cake' is decorated with items that are actually useful to the mom-to-be and future baby with things like shampoo, baby powder, lotion, plush toys, and hand sanitizer. Now there's a concept...stuff you actually need and use! The price of your diaper "cake" is all dependent on how many tiers of diapers there are, which theme or style you choose and what comes on the "cake." I'm not going to lie, they're not cheap, but so cute and practical if you can afford to splurge. Overall, I am a fan because they are just way too cute and clever.

BUYER BEWARE. We were having a fine time working with Anand to create our wedding mandap decor…read moreuntil simple verbiage in his liability insurance needed to be changed. This was standard verbiage every other 3rd party vendor we worked with had no problem changing for our venue, but per his own "legal counsel" he could not change the verbiage. This was a contract with a large hotel venue and I'm assuming he's never worked with larger clients and as a result was not prepared to offer the correct liability insurance. He kept saying this is "not standard" when literally every other person we were working with said it was.. He then turned on us and accused me and my husband for not properly preparing him to work with our venue. How are we supposed to know what type of legal documents he is supposed to provide as a vendor? That is quite literally the job of the vendor to figure out, and again this tells me he's never worked with larger clients. In addition, he knew at signing which hotel we would be working with and it is his job as a vendor to ensure he is prepared to handle an event at the venue in the signed contract. He ended up wanting us to sign a form that essentially put all the blame on me and my husband if anything at all went wrong with the mandap structure as well as allow him to cancel at ANY time up until the wedding. Obviously, we could not sign this and found another mandap vendor who could change the verbiage and provide quality services. This back and forth about the insurance verbiage went on for months and Anand was a poor communicator with me, my husband, my wedding planner, and my venue's event coordinator. It was 3 weeks before the wedding when he decided to give us an ultimatum causing me significant stress as a bride to find a new vendor. We dropped him as a vendor due to his lack of service and reliability, not due to the changes in weather as he may claim. I cannot stress enough that this company is not prepared to work on larger venues or provide any type of liability insurances. You might be able to rent a few chairs or decor items from them, but save yourself the stress and hassle, and spend a little money to get a better vendor for your wedding. It should also be noted this is the first review in YEARS he has received which is suspicious. He also claims that we asked for a "custom mandap" when there is nothing truly custom on our mandap. As with every decorator there are different items and ways to set things up, but we did not specifically have him craft anything that he cannot reuse. He has already posted the mandap on his website and will be able to reuse every material that was "custom." Therefore, there was no loss of business, but he attempted to charge us thousands for this work. We adhered to the cancellation policy in the poorly written contract and cancelled our agreement as it is clearly stated and forfeited our deposit.
