They were responsive and provided written quotes for several options. On the day of the install the crew showed up right on time and Alfonso, the foreman, immediately spotted the problem: our water heater would not be compatible with the new exhaust. Now, I wish this would have been discovered at the stage of the quote, but I really appreciate him bringing it up and thinking quickly of the possible solution. Alfonso managed to design a separate exhaust for the water heater, get materials and install it on the same day! They stayed well into the evening to complete the job - and we had heat and water for the night. The price tag for additional work was quite reasonable.

We had building efficiency do the insulation almost 2 years ago and have gotten so used to our house being in a comfortable range all the time we rarely even think about it. This latest heatwave has reminded us of how glad we are that we did it and that we should give them a plug again!
