I called customer service she could not help me or explain why it was being canceled at the order and suggested I use a different credit card, and call the bank. I called the bank, they said there was no issues they could see on the card. ( I even had that card paid up with no overdue balances on it). I then tried a 3rd time with a different credit card, low and behold, that one was also voided and canceled at the sale. Interesting enough is each time It was canceled there was no email stating this, I had to go to the site to find this out. But they did have an immediate email at the purchase stating that the purchase was made. Well 3x your out dad used to say, I will not order from then again

The store itself is stunningly spacious, beautifully merchandised, and stocked with everything you could want. But what truly elevated the visit was Jeff's customer service. She got my sarcastic humor, she was funny, and she knew how to find items I might like. Love her! I purchased a pair of loafers, some socks, and two scarves. The store is remodeled and looks luxe. The Gucci Outlet has men's and women's items; the majority of items are from the boutique and are marked down from 20-30% or so. Then, they always marked things down even more for sales, so you can always land a good deal. I had a good experience and am happy with my items.
