The office is well-organized, the staff is consistently friendly, and the environment is clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the separation of well and sick visit areas -- it's a thoughtful touch that gives extra peace of mind. Everyone we've encountered has been so kind to our 1.5-year-old, which helps him feel completely at ease during visits. They genuinely interact with the kids and make the experience positive from start to finish. I recently had to call on a weekend and was connected with a nurse who was incredibly helpful and thorough in answering my questions. That kind of care really stands out. We see Dr. Diane Landram, and she is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen, offers helpful and up-to-date information, and never makes you feel rushed or dismissed. This is exactly what pediatric care should look like -- highly recommend!

They are snippy, impatient, and rude. While we like our doctor, who continues to practice there, we often have to deal with the nursing staff on the phone for tele-health type questions about illness and having school forms completed. In the past the nurses have been so kind and helpful but lately it has been an unpleasant experience all around. During the past few encounters I've found the nurses to be quite demeaning, impatient, and condescending. While we have had a positive experience with the doctor, we are looking to switch to another practice due to the poor quality of the nursing staff.

They require you to designate one primary parent, and will not communicate appointment times, information in the chart, etc with two parents at once. Though I explained in two long conversations that both parents have custody, and both need equal access, they refused to provide it. This is simply unworkable for parents who, for whatever reason, are unable to communicate with each other, or do not agree about their children's health conditions. Because they would not give both custodial parents equal access to the chart, we will not be going with this practice.

I ultimately chose this practice due to the quality of the providers, availability of providers after hours and and the accessibility of same-day appointments. They seem to have everything worked out with regards to getting patients in and out during covid. When you arrive you call the front desk and they escort you back straight to your room. So there's no waiting around in the waiting room. I look forward to things going back to normal in the future so my partner can go to appointments with me. So far all the staff including doctors, nurses and NPs have been very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they had auto scheduled the first Six appointments for me. I did end up having to reschedule a few.

Even though she sees dozens of patients daily, she treats each appointment like it's her only one and remembers even the finest details on each family - such as remembering and asking my then 3 year old about treasured stuffed animal by name, to his delight. With both of our children, Dr Brinkmann has taken the time to get to know us and our children and helped us through several challenges, such as medical concerns for our children and helping them cope with deaths in the family. My 2 year old is highly afraid of Shots AND doctors, but Dr. Lamson was able to entertain the little guy enough where he allowed him to pull his pant leg up so that he could administer the vaccine on his thigh, he cried a bit, but after that, he wanted Dr. Lamson to play with him. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. Main Street recently sent a message stating that both of my children are due for their annual appointments and I needed to call to schedule them. When I called, I was informed that Dr. Mark does not have any availability until June. I was prepared to schedule an appointment with another doctor, but then I was told that I cannot change doctors without Dr. Mark's approval, even though other doctors have open availability. I am confused and frustrated by this policy. If Dr. Mark is unavailable to see my children, and other doctors are available, what is the issue? Why does one doctor have the power to determine who gets to see my daughter?

The nurse that helps out our doctor has a pretty poor bedside manner and has messed up our child's blood pricks several times, causing him more pain than required. Our doctor is okay but she just types on her computer all of our answers to questions and doesn't give us much feedback other than 'you're doing great'. I don't want to say names because we still go there for now and they are okay at their jobs, but if I did it again, I would go elsewhere. We get an icky feeling every time we have to come here. My daughter hurt her wrist enough to need a splint. Her insurance unfortunately all of a sudden required a referral for an orthopedic. I called Arundel Peds to get them to fax one. They wouldn't because she was considered "a new patient" because she hadn't been in a few years. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and really didn't need to be poked at. They wouldn't fax a referral even though I explained to she was in no condition to be seen. The receptionist have/had no bedside manner! When we took her they insisted she get shots in both arms (including the sore arm) really??? (Her dad took her or id off insisted to wait) Then when she saw the doctor we were told that a well visit was not even needed. So put my kid through more unnecessary misery instead of faxing a referral. We will be changing insurances and going elsewhere!

I was on bed rest and and couldn't attend, however, my husband and mother loved it upon first site! This office is very colorful and extremely welcoming to new patient and families!! My daughter has been a patient since 2009. They came to the hospital when she was first born and were very knowledgeable about the process! My daughter was a patient of Dr. Jobes, who left this practice! We simply adored her and were sad that she was leaving! However, we had to choose another primary in the office and were pleased to with all of the options present! All of the docs and nurses are very knowledgeable and are very good with children and babies! My daughter is not afraid at all to come to the office for a visit! Even for shots, they are quick and get em done! We totally adored the young lady Vanessa who assisted in our daughter's appointments prior to her turning 3! She cared very much for our little one which made it very easy to come back and feel good about the practice! The office is very colorful with a sick room and a well room to keep the children separate if they are ill! There are televisions that have are on children programs to entertain the children while they wait! There are books and toys as well! I simply love this office! I pass many offices to go to this one! A choice I do not regret!
