It took 2 visits and i wasn't happy. I did ask for help to get to know the filter I had. I bought a house that came with a super pool. I never owned a pool before. I wanted help to get it running. He showed me what goes where but didn't get it going. I guess I was missing parts. So I'll give them that. But each visit is $130 an hour. Total bill was about $700. I was pretty upset because of the 2 visit charge. Kicker is. In this picture it just sits there, not connected. I still can't run the filter. I put a rubber gasket on and the water forces through the hose and blows it off. For a $700 job I'd expect the work completed l. I didn't re contact because I can't afford another visit. I'm scraping by as is. So good communication but they need to listen better.

Our lower deck above the river, was built very well, but the wood had rotted and had become unsafe. The original embankment was beginning to erode the hill toward the river, causing our backyard to be unstable. I ultimately chose Creative Concrete, not because of the price quote, but because of the method to be used in fixing all the problems. Secondary, was our interaction with John, the owner. He was friendly and very professional. My husband and I could not be more happy with the work that John and his crew did on our yard. I was laid out because of surgery so I was able to watch their progress every day and I was very impressed. Our yard has several obstacles that had to be overcome, and they did a magnificent job.

After I quit, owner John Yomantas shorted my paycheck by 5 hours of wages that I had worked. I expected to be paid for all of the hours I actually worked, regardless of the fact that I was leaving the company. I believe employees should be paid accurately and on time for every hour they work. And find it extremely unprofessional of John Yomantas (owner) in the way my paycheck was handled. This review reflects my personal experience working for the company through September 25, 2026. And it should be made known to clients looking for reputable contractors that John doesn't care about his employees and it reflects in other reviews people have left on his company.

Hands down, I give a full 5 Stars for full customer satisfaction and I only wish all businesses had the outstanding work ethics and professionalism they demonstrate. My husband and I recently purchased a home that needed a major exterior facelift. LawnCare by…read moreWalter left a brochure on our door, so we decided to contact them. Because of the wonderful service we received right off the bat, we decided that they would be the first and only company we would contact for our retaining walls, fire pit, and yard regrading and seeding. Logan was our go-to guy from start to finish. He was communicative, thorough, and knowledgeable and helped us visualize the plan with an initial drawing. Manny and his crew took it from there and brought our vision to life. While working on our property, the crew was always professional and courteous. Each day before they left, our yard was cleaned up and debris was blown away, which I really appreciated. Communication was just the right amount; they asked us any questions they had & kept us in the loop on which days they would be at our property. Our project was completed in the estimated timeframe, which we also really appreciated. The final product is everything we could have hoped for. We would highly, highly recommend LawnCare by Walter.

Interestingly, they have the lowest ratings of any other company I've looked at here. That is a fact that cannot be argued. In my opinion, they have earned their poor reviews. I hope everyone reads this. Lawn Care by Walter has terrible reviews. They give the same tired old response assuming we read every bit of each piece of mail we get. And the fact is, they only agreed to not charge me for an unwanted service after I accused them of trespassing. If an employee of mine treated my exiting customers the way they do I would fire that employee on the spot. I would think their junk reviews would be enough to wake them up. I wish them well but I do hope they change their business model to not bully people who leave them. Creating a situation that alienates customers to this extreme is a stupid business tactic. And to say "We are sorry you feel that way ..." for a situation that they created is ridiculous. The bottom line is they can run their business the way they want. So, read the reviews, be careful who you do business with and stand your ground, legally if necessary, if you know you're right.
