I was pretty upset because of the 2 visit charge. Kicker is. In this picture it just sits there, not connected. I still can't run the filter. I put a rubber gasket on and the water forces through the hose and blows it off. For a $700 job I'd expect the work completed l. I didn't re contact because I can't afford another visit. He was friendly and very professional. My husband and I could not be more happy with the work that John and his crew did on our yard. Because of the wonderful service we received right off the bat, we decided that they would be the first and only company we would contact for our retaining walls, fire pit, and yard regrading and seeding. Logan was our go-to guy from start to finish. He was communicative, thorough, and knowledgeable and helped us visualize the plan with an initial drawing. Manny and his crew took it from there and brought our vision to life. While working on our property, the crew was always professional and courteous. Each day before they left, our yard was cleaned up and debris was blown away, which I really appreciated. Communication was just the right amount; they asked us any questions they had & kept us in the loop on which days they would be at our property. Our project was completed in the estimated timeframe, which we also really appreciated. The final product is everything we could have hoped for. We would highly, highly recommend LawnCare by Walter.

Interestingly, they have the lowest ratings of any other company I've looked at here. That is a fact that cannot be argued. In my opinion, they have earned their poor reviews. I hope everyone reads this. Lawn Care by Walter has terrible reviews. They give the same tired old response assuming we read every bit of each piece of mail we get. And the fact is, they only agreed to not charge me for an unwanted service after I accused them of trespassing. If an employee of mine treated my exiting customers the way they do I would fire that employee on the spot. I would think their junk reviews would be enough to wake them up. I wish them well but I do hope they change their business model to not bully people who leave them. Creating a situation that alienates customers to this extreme is a stupid business tactic. And to say "We are sorry you feel that way ..." for a situation that they created is ridiculous.The bottom line is they can run their business the way they want. So, read the reviews, be careful who you do business with and stand your ground, legally if necessary, if you know you're right.
