I made it very clear several times I needed anchors put in the wall due to weight of clothes and after 2 days of work being done the rack fell again and I could see he did not put anchors in the wall to reinforce the weight of the clothes. I have three racks and two of them fell again after work was done, just a matter of time before the other one falls. When I reached out to company they confirmed they did not put anchors in only added bracket but yet charged me $50 for supplies" which in reality cost $5. Did not even offer to make things right and do the work the correct way. Now I need to spend an additional amount of money to get the work done by someone else the correct way. There is NO EXCUSE for this if you are not capable of doing the work the correct way then don't take the job!

Osmar…read moreand his crew did an excellent job of putting on a new super gutter all the way around the pool cage where the cage attaches to the house. It had structural damage and had torn away from the house by about 5-6 inches. Osmar came for the evaluation and said he could fix it and he and his crew did it and it came out perfect!!! He also installed two new pool cage screen doors first us. They worked and cleaned up every day and were timely and finished the job as was projected beforehand. After the office manager dropped the ball over and over, taking a year to complete our problem…read moreriddled roofing job, this company ALMOST finished the job before demanding final payment and filing a lien BEFORE they completed the work they promised. EVERY email came from a no-reply email address from "Jen" that said at the bottom, "simply reply to this email" but didn't have a signature line with any other contact information. Then she would claim we didn't respond so that is why she didn't follow up for months, even though I had copies of the emails we sent showing when we responded. The insurance check went to the mortgage holder, who paid Elevate the deposit, but Elevate refused to request the money from the bank, demanding WE pay the final balance, not the bank! Our grass is dead where they left huge piles of debris for over 6 months. Piles of nails are all over the driveway. The work was completed by ragtag groups of men that spoke no English and had no supervisor. They showed up with no schedule, not sure what they were hired to do and randomly disappeared for weeks at a time. Despite repeatedly asking for COIs (certificates of insurance) we only got one from the gutter crew, not any of the random roofing crews. If you are concerned about insured workers, don't use them! They say they are sending over the COI, but it never happens so you have no idea if these random workers are insured. I could post some shocking photos.
