However, was willing to work with me to give me a decent price, all-in-one, to do the roof, plywood, soffit & facia so I knew what my total cost would be, rather than a cheaper price and getting hit with $xxx extra for plywood, $xxx extra for soffit/facia, etc. Time frame was relatively quick as well. Despite being out of Marco Island, the quote was actually the 2nd lowest (the first being a company that wouldn't include the "extras"). Theoretically, Mighty Fine Roofing is the lowest, but I cannot really compare exactly. The highest quote was about 75% more. Rusty was a pleasure to work with.

DC ROOFING IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! They did a…read morephenomenal roof replacement job! From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I'm thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you're looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! You'll be happy you selected them and be thanking me for doing all the research in finding them.

His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. When we have problems with our roof in the future, he will definitely be our first call.

LAST WORK ON MY ROOF AUG 2025. Tear off started Jan 29, 2025 ... day one started as a disaster from using wrong materials, wrong thickness plywood on decking 15/32" not 5/8", damaging my house to the crew falling through the ceiling 8x and not reporting it to the owner. Failed multiple inspections. Failed to properly lay underlayment, metal roof, prevent leaking from day one, caused extensive damage to my house inside and outside, including many cracked trusses. Refused to repair any damages, hire an engineer per FL building code but is capable of hiring Attys to defend himself. Complaints filed with Collier County, DBPR, and claim with his insurance. If you cannot find any complaints its because they are all covered up ... its amazing how the law protects what the public should be able to find. When hiring a roofer ... do not believe the 5 star reviews, the fact you cannot find any complaints in any county or on the states website ... dig deep and do your research. Just because a roofer has been in business for a long time does not mean they are reputable or do good work. Make sure you are getting the materials that you paid for. Hire an independent inspector, do not rely on the county to do a proper inspection for you. Most counties these days DO NOT get on a ladder. Its impossible to inspect a roof properly if they do not. The ONLY reason we caught everything we did is because I had to tear out my entire ceiling and my house is now gutted. Due to the ongoing leaking issues and Roman Roofing failed to tarp my roof, anything I was trying to save must now come out per the environmental testing report. I do not know how people like this sleep at night, knowing they have taken tens of thousands of dollars to repair a roof, have added hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional damages and just walk away thinking they do not have any responsibility to fix their damages.
