When I logged in I saw multiple withdrawals of $5.00. Every month.. $5.00, so I gave them a call to see if maybe I had insufficient funds, or should have had a specific amount in the account. Nope. None of that. The reason they were charging me was they received a piece of returned mail. I was charged this amount every month because of a wrong address. Like previous reviews mentioned, anything to make a buck I guess. I did close my account. I would recommend banking elsewhere. Not worth the trouble. People work hard for their money, and they have no problem texting and emailing me... but in this case, they decided to just collect my hard earned money instead of reaching out for the wrong address.

She is very responsive, works quickly and has a lot of knowledge on facilities that you can't glean online. We had 2 tours set up within 24 hours of talking to her. Since I'm in San Diego, we also asked her to help furnish his room. She shopped for us at a local store and was on site for delivery and assembly. She even washed all the bedding and towels for us that I shipped from Amazon. Honestly, I'm not sure how we would have done this without Dani. I can't recommend her highly enough!
