The other - much more serious one - involved a large tree falling on my car during last year's March blizzard. There was some time spent debating if the company was going to repair or total my one year old car. But I was taken care of with a rental. Eventually they did total it. As I said, the process did take a bit longer than I might have liked but was understandable due to the circumstances and complexity. All in all I was quite satisfied with both the Pittsfield Insurance Agency and with Safety Insurance.
