So its a build your own pizza place with an outdoor patio which coming from the South I was familar with places like Mod & Blaze. Honestly Bambinos took me by surprise with how banging it was. So first off ain't no thin crust here. We are talkin a PAN PIZZA PERSONAL. I should end the review there cause that should be enough no? The toppings now besides the classics meats and veggies I want to bring special attention to a few. One, banana peppers. We need a law right now to have every pizza place carry banana peppers such a game changer on the pizza. Secondly, the green chile. Look I am a southern transplant from Texas so my tongue and palette is new to this green chili in CO, and mixing that all the other ingredients just made this incredible experience. For me thats the appeal and strength of BYOP places, if you aren't piling on the ingredients to kingdom come and building something hefty, I feel like you might getting less value both personally and financially for your experience. If you tryna get your big back on and have a little artistic fun creating the personal pan pizza of your wildest imagination, give Bambinos a stop on by.

Lively and energetic without feeling overwhelming. It felt very family friendly while still being a great spot for adults. We started with the Puff Ball as an appetizer and WOW. So good. For our pizza, we ordered the Buffalo Chicken and it did not disappoint. The flavor balance was spot on with a little heat, great sauce, and perfectly cooked crust. Even though it was busy, the service never slipped. The bar was quick with our mimosas, and the staff kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We never felt rushed, which I really appreciated, especially with a baby. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The bathrooms are single stall and spacious with grab bars, and the bathroom door was very light and easy to open.

The undercarriage wasn't burnt. When picking up each slice to eat, it didn't flop down nor was weighed down by grease. I ordered online. It was a seamless process. The ordering is partnered through "Toast" which I'm a fan of. Expect to pay! It's quality pizza. This location is in a mini strip plaza. Luckily there was a parking space for me in the parking lot. However, there is street parking nearby. The ambiance is pleasant. There is a small dining room and it's not noisy. Staff is friendly. I was impressed that the staff member who fulfilled my order pronounced my last name correctly. Also, when I asked for Parmesan and hot peppers, they gave me quality Parmesan. Not the lesser quality that comes in paper packets. Overall, impressive! I would order pizza from here again. I may even dine-in for my next visit. Check them out for great quality pizza

This pizza place was literally two doors down, and I am so glad we stopped. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives, and I can honestly say this is probably the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The cheese alone deserves its own shoutout. The cheese pull when you lift a slice is unreal--I've never seen a pizza do that before. The flavor was absolutely perfect. And coming from someone who normally doesn't even like pizza sauce, I loved their sauce. Whatever marinara they use is seasoned perfectly--great flavor, not overpowering, and just the right amount. They didn't skimp on the cheese either (which I very much appreciate). Everything about this pizza just worked--the crust, the toppings, the sauce, the cheese--perfect balance all around. And here's the real test: it was still amazing the next day. I reheated it in the air fryer, and it tasted just as good. Every bite was enjoyable. Hands down, I would absolutely recommend this place. If you're anywhere near it, you need to try it. I'll definitely be back, and this spot just became a must-stop for me whenever I'm in the area.

*this is only for drinks*…read more I will say, I've been to Stellina in Northern Virginia and the food there was fantastic. But I haven't tried anything at this location. What I did try was the stellina spritz flight. So that's what I'll be reviewing! For $10 during HH, you can try 3 of Stellina's spritzes. The classic aperol, blackberry ginger, and lemon lime. All of which were so delicious and well balanced. And for $10, this is a great deal! I believe $12 usually. Now I like a classic aperol (they just call it the Stellina) spritz, but it's fun to try some different flavors! The second best is lemon lime and I'd say my third choice is blackberry ginger. But they're all good and you can't go wrong. So here's the thing--this place is more of a place and order and sit. Less of a restaurant with full service. I don't mind it! The patio was super nice and covered, but the sun still came through. On a nice day, I loved it. But we ordered and then it was all brought to our table pretty quick. Again, it's drinks so I don't know how fast the food comes, but everyone seemed content around us. I can't wait to come back for happy hour again and also just to enjoy the vibes and try their entrees and pizza.

I've heard people rave about this place for years and I'm so glad I finally got to try it! I git the pea and pancetta risotto (which the young woman packing up my good for me said is the best thing on the menu!) and the rigatoni with the tomato sauce and a meatball (polpetta and mozzarella is the name). Both were really yummy- my husband and I shared them. The homemade pasta really made a difference- it was so good! I found the chew of the pasta absolutely perfect. The flavor of the pasta dish was mild but delicious. The risotto was flavorful (maybe a little too salty) and very comforting. The portions looked a little small for the price but it's high quality food and we were both fully satisfied. They have a happy hour special for buy one get one small scoops of their homemade gelato (yay!) and that was delicious too. I got the mint stracciatella and my husband had the pistachio- both were top notch. The restaurant didn't seem to have air conditioning and was very very warm. I would have been grumpy if I was dining in. They do have some outside picnic tables and maybe a back patio too. It's super super cute and seemed very popular and a great place to meet people for dinner and drinks. The staff seemed to be working very hard. It took awhile to be served at the counter and I think they forgot to take my number to text me when my order would be ready so it felt a little confusing to know when my order would be ready and it ended up being about a half hour. There is free street parking! Overall I think this is a great quality place that I definitely want to return to!!
