This place overcharges for the simplest little stuff. They look legit because they work on police cars in the city. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will charge you a high labor fee for doing almost absolutely nothing!!! RIP OFF REPORT, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

He said, "Either way, it's $55 plus tax," so apparently it didn't matter if it was a 5se which doesn't exist. I googled to make sure and told him there was no 5Se according to Apple. He said, "Yeah there is, I'm working on one now, don't tell me how to do my job." I'm taking my phone to someone who is friendlier and knows more about iPhones.

When you call the salesman rarely returns calls he prefers to res thru email. Once order was placed it was filled correctly. I asked for a few replacements not the entire order and it took over a month thru constant reaching out to salesman. Salesman never returns calls or emails. Never had any problems with the company orders until now. I usually don't like to do reviews. But this was a long drawn out experience and they do such good work that I hate to stop doing business with them. I hope that they do better communication in the future. But, again they do excellent work just bad communicatio.
