To Gabrial's credit, he returned, heard the complaint, and then followed through on both making a brand new gate and installing it at no cost to us. It's easy to make mistakes as a human being. It's significantly harder to take responsibility for them, especially at a financial cost. The new gate looks great, met everyone's expectations, and the work promised was delivered. A big thanks to Gabrial for being humble enough to receive criticism and professional enough to follow through on his commitment to make it right. He's a man of his word and we're grateful for it, and very happy with the finished product.

He has had to make some minor adjustments to the chain length and remote antenna placement (due to heavy snows), and he responded within 24 hours, trudging through the snow to fix the problem! Customer service seems to be an archaic idea these days, but Smylie exemplifies service, honesty, and craftsmanship. And, he takes great pride in his creations.
