If you are looking for passionate and creative therapists who are committed to helping your child and family first, you have come to the right place. Everyone took extra time to assist my learning experience to mold me into the therapist I am today. I truly felt the bond between not only the therapists, but each kiddo and their own individual family members while creating a warm, welcoming environment at all times no matter what. Each therapist creates a personal, individualized treatment plan for each child, incorporating family goals into all therapy sessions, and ensuring at all times to provide compassion and understanding to meet all needs. Olivia has created an environment fit perfectly to assist children to be more successful in their day to day routine, and quickly adapt treatment plans to better fit the needs of each child. I truly felt the compassion, kindness, empathy and patience each therapist demonstrated day in and day out. I would highly recommend Peak Pediatric Rehabilitation to any family! They are the best and I miss them all!

I can't believe there aren't many other reviews for Mary yet! We were referred to an orofacial…read moremyologist by our pediatric dentist to help with my 5-year old daughter's thumb sucking habit. To be honest, we knew nothing about orofacial myology and it all sounded a bit too good to be true (97% success rate, etc.). I looked online for actual personal reviews and there were hardly any (which is one of the reasons I wanted to be sure to add this review here). In the end, we took a leap of faith and have been delighted with Mary (the owner and therapist at this practice). There is nothing mysterious about how she achieves that striking success rate - just lots of practice, commitment to daily exercises, and a lot of 1-on-1 support from Mary herself. I can also say that she is a consummate professional and a natural at working with children. She has helped my daughter feel so excited and proud of all her hard work so far. Speaking of which, my daughter really did stop sucking her thumb that first day (with the help of some thumb barriers). And just a month in, we no longer even need those during the day anymore. She has truly moved past the habit, but just needs some extra help at night. I will update once the therapy is complete in another few weeks, but I am amazed at how far she has come and have no doubt that we will end up among one of Mary's numerous success stories.

Firsthand, I inquired about the group webinar but since the class was getting full quickly, she took me readily into an individual coaching after a quick assessment. Honestly, I preferred this method so it all worked out well for me. I very much enjoyed working with Liz. It is a six-week session and can be flexible. Her professionalism and expertise in Accent Reduction are above and beyond my expectations. The provided materials - Accent Reduction 101 Third Edition and links to audio files - are extremely useful and easy to follow and understand. Her coaching skills are immensely engaging and there's never a dull moment. I've learned a great deal about how to leverage and maximize my full potential using the speech stairs method and placing my speech articulators in the right position to have a better range of motion and speak with clarity and confidence. I have a better grasp of the unusual nuances and oral resonance of speaking American English. I find all these tools beneficial for my future venture into teaching ESL. I may have missed out on the group webinar; however, Liz has given me an excellent opportunity to work with her other client(s) to enhance and reinforce our conversational skills. Overall, this class is worth investing in and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to jump start and improve their skill sets in mastering the art of speaking the American English.

I never thought I would be in need of the services that Colorado Elder Care Solutions provides. But…read morerecently I found myself dealing with my husband's serious health and cognitive challenges. It's hard to describe the anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, and confusion that I experienced trying to do my best to care for his needs - and mine. I felt I was stretched beyond my ability to cope. I was extremely fortunate to have had Karen to guide and support me through situation after situation. She was not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable but was able to think clearly when I was not. I was so impressed with her demeanor - calm, caring and respectful. It is important to note that I never felt she was taking over. I experienced her as a partner who cared as much as I did about finding the best solutions. Her expertise was so impressive, knowing exactly what the next step should be and how I might best accomplish it. My whole experience was like a breath of much needed fresh air, giving me support, hope and the resources I needed to get through each challenge I was facing. I would not hesitate to entrust Colorado Elder Care with any one of my family members or friends. I have the utmost confidence that they would receive all that they need to facilitate the best outcome for all concerned.

My sister and I live out of state, over a thousand miles away, which made it very stressful managing his escalating needs. However, Colorado Eldercare Solutions found him a subsidized senior housing complex that was secure, located in a very walkable neighborhood of Englewood, and guided us in setting up support services for his medical and social needs. Simple things like a phone with larger buttons and easy to use message retrieval were helpful in ensuring we could communicate with our father. The medical box set up and monitoring system helped us manage his on-going and complex prescription needs. Additionally, she helped ensure he was getting proper nutrition and had a support system to check in on him to make sure he remained active and engaged in the community. I believe his quality of life was tremendously enhanced by the support and care they extended. And, I know it gave me greater piece of mind knowing that there was someone close who could make a visit to see how Dad was doing when we couldn't get in touch. I can recommend Colorado Elder Care solutions without any reservations.

We worked with JT (Jonathan Thrall) for a few months and ultimately decided to find another…read moretherapist at a different practice. JT is incredibly kind and well-intentioned, but the therapy felt one-dimensional. Sessions largely focused on validating feelings without providing structure, tools, challenge, or actionable guidance - all of which I repeatedly asked for. Given that this therapy was priced at the higher end of what we've seen, we expected a much deeper level of engagement and clinical depth. I consistently expressed that I did not feel understood, and that concern never felt meaningfully explored. The turning point came when JT continued asking the same questions and implied that I wasn't going deep enough. When I asked him to take a different approach and ask more thoughtful probing questions, he responded by asking me what I thought he should ask instead. That felt backwards. If he is the trained professional, I don't believe it should be my responsibility to determine how we get deeper in session. He also seemed dismissive of modalities like the Gottman Method and Nonviolent Communication, as well as the self-work I was doing independently. Despite repeatedly asking for homework or guidance between sessions, none was provided. We were looking for stronger direction and more skill-based, structured work, which is why we chose to move on. We're very happy with our new therapist, who also practices EFT but brings a broader, more versatile approach rather than relying on a singular method.
