So there we are waiting waiting and finally the tram comes. Electronic and vocal prompts did not say take this to Gate B so we continued to wait. Finally at the last moment, we heard Gate B. How hard is it, airport personel, to post a sign stating all the places this one stop tram serves. Make things easy for passengers to get to their gate. This was a nightmare. More signs please.

We arrived at Gate B and had to walk to Gate C. It took us about 10 mins or so. Never understimate your walk time. So many eateries, shops, vending machines, and slot machines along the walkways from gate to gate. I saw Little Tony's Pizzeria, Pei Wei, Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs, Kylie's Cosmetics (vending), Hudson News, Fresh Attractions, Evolve, Cocoran's Irish Pub, and more. It is very enticing to stop and grab a quick bite, shop for souvenirs, and play for fun. If you have more time, then go for it. If time isn't on your side and you must get to your next flight, then resist the urge. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Waiting area were well maintained. Walkways were swept and litter free. Everyone was pretty nice here and the airport was really clean--even the restroom. There wasn't a long line for the ladies room like most other airports, or maybe I was just lucky! They have slots inside the airport, and yes you can win money on them. I played $20 before boarding my flight and I won $76--so try your luck.

I left my house arrived to the airport area at…read more7:47am and should have plenty of time to park, stroll in, go thru Security and be at my gate for my Southwest flight at gate C21. WELP, that was not the case today. I am a frequent travel. This would be my 3rd flight this week and so I know where to park with no problem. Today, I drove up and then saw that Long Term parking was full and to go to Terminal 3. As there was no additional signs, drove up to valet parking and it was full as well. The FULL sign was not even close to the ramp you drive up, it's more inside and was hard to see if you were driving by. I had to think fast of what to do next. I did another loop and ended up in Short Term parking. It did not state it was full so I went in. I circled every single floor to even the ground floor and nothing was available, not one parking stall was available. Now, I am pushing 8:15am and was getting so nervous. I finally had to leave and go to Terminal 3 to park, shuttle over. Terminal 3 is not my usual terminal. There's no one there to really direct you to where to easily park and to the the 2nd level and walk the bridge over to the main bldg, go downstairs and outside and look for the inter-terminal orange sign for the shuttle to take you back to Terminal 1. By the time I finally go to the long term parking and found a spot, I got out of the car and realized I parked far from the bridge to walk over to the main bldg. When I fly back on Monday evening, it will be a bit of time to go to my car as I am flying back to Southwest in Terminal 1. I really thought I was going to miss my flight. Luckily I had TSA precheck as I got shuttled back and got to my gate while they were boarding the B group. I was so nervous i was shaking. I was sweaty because I was running from the shuttle drop off to running to Security and to my gate. I am not the only one, I saw so many cars that were in the same situation, driving around to find no parking. Honestly, all this running/driving around and stress can be so avoided if the Parking FULL sign/signs would be placed as we were entering the ramp to the parking areas. It was such a waste of time that no one was around to even direct and tell us or answer questions. So frustrating that everything was full on Terminal 1! I really suggest better communications and signage up in advance of customers driving UP to the entrance to the parking areas to find out.

I was also checking the other options, which was "Economy parking" and a limited parking area with only 100 spots (*take the bus over for $2 ea direction). TIP: if you pay at the kiosk on the way out, you can save on the extra fee for parking, two or three dollars. So, we had to fly out for a funeral, recently, in CA, but the best option was to park in Long term parking (which ended up being $54 for over three days- fri/sat/sun, Nov 17-19, our flight got in after midnight). Since it was really late, it wasn't very busy to exit, which was also good for us. It was easy to find. Well, I took a picture of where we parked, and it was big yellow SUV, so it was double easy to find.

Then it hit 30 minutes after when they started boarding passengers. During the entire 30 mins, there was no communication from Southwest as to what was happening, why the boarding was delayed, no update whatsoever. I still don't know what happened till this day. Check-in staff was cordial and got everyone in swiftly. Once all passengers boarded, we were set to take off after a few checks were in place. Staff onboard were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the help with the carry on baggage. Thank you! Shortly after take off, they passed out the Stellar Maui Monk snack. Wow, amazingly tasty pretzels! Stellar indeed. Of course, the usual drink offer took place as well. I love flying Southwest for their low fares, locations, and friendly staff! I will continue to fly with them. Hey y'all! I had a…read morevoucher of $160 I used and paid an additional $145 for the current flight I'm on. I've taken spirit a handful of times, never had a big issue. If I ever have a flight issue I just complain and usually the airline assesses my claim and gifts me a voucher in return. Tonight I'm on an overnight flight to the east coast and it has 1 layover! Flight was delayed by an hour or so. Thank GOD it wasn't delayed by 1 day like my last flight I took in October 2025. They do gift us hotel voucher and Lyft credit as well as a full refund if we need it... It was a hassle tho. I had to cancel business trip due to that delay. The pilot was stuck somewhere and we only could on the flight the next day. I was so exhausted because they had us wait for about 5-6 hours for the pilot to never show.. Otherwise, smooth flights. Just make sure to take ur snacks and drink with you, otherwise I don't have many complaints of this airline. Always know their terms, which aren't as nice as southwest, but similar to frontier. Usually flights can be super cheap like $66 as a low flight price... probably even less expensive if you book downstairs in the airport otherwise this flight was kinda pricy for spirit! I got a window seat tho! Downloaded some Netflix movies, and or I will just sleep through! Said my prayer and were about to take off LATE! We have been to many lounges, but have never been to the Centurion Lounge in the Harry Reid Airport. Following being checked-in by a friendly employee, we made our way through the fairly large lounge. This lounge has a plethora of seating - whether you're traveling solo or as a group - they have you covered! After circling the lounge twice, we were able to secure a table for two that was being vacated. Once we were settled, we made our way through the buffet which included a salad bar and hot food section. There was also an area with a variety of juices and coffee for those that need a late afternoon boost. Once I curated a perfectly hearty meal - carbs, protein, veggies - I headed to the bar for an adult beverage. A friendly bartender greeted me and promptly started pouring the Sauvignon Blanc that I requested. One thing to note is that you can only retrieve a drink for yourself - I ordered a glass of wine for my wife, but she had to physically come to the bar to obtain it. I'm not sure if this is a rule enforced by the lounge or if it was that particular bartender's policy. The food was surprisingly well-seasoned and cooked. Also, the Sauvignon Blanc that I enjoyed two glasses of, was deliciously refreshing - especially considering that it was a blistering hot day. Since I needed to get some work done, I was very appreciative of the strong and steady Wi-Fi connection. If you're looking to kick your feet up and enjoy a meal before a flight, I highly recommend this particular Centurion Lounge.

Located in Concourse D, this is one of my favorite AMEX lounges, just above the SFO location. I have yet to visit the Atlanta lounge, but it looks incredible. The layout here is slightly open, but cozy with multiple nooks to relax or get some work done between flights. The bar is connected to the dining room so you'll get easy access to the bar and the TVs. The food/buffet area is near the bar, and it also offers a small dining space right next to some large windows looking out to the runway. One of two lounge bathrooms is also near this area. This lounge also offers a separate child room equipped with TVs and kids toys. If needed they have office supplies, printers, paper, etc. Access is free with your AMEX Platinum card and (1) extra guests will cost you $50. The staff here is always very accommodating and quick to clear your food items. Before you arrive make sure to check if there's a waitlist. If there is a wait, add yourself while making your way to the lounge so there's little to no wait to enter.
