The women working were very friendly and asked if we needed help with anything beyond our order. (We ordered for pickup) The food was steaming hot even after we got it back to our office across town and it tasted amazing! On top of that there were so many chips (fries) that I could hardly make a dent in them. As a visitor to Germany if you are visiting Neuss and looking for some traditional German food, Grillstube is a wonderful option. If you are local to the area you likely already know how wonderful it is.
