Lots of flavor, fresh ingredients and perfect use of spices in every dish. Another item worth mentioning was the very fresh tabuhla topped with pomegranate, really liked that dish. Everyone is delightful, as Germans always are. The hospitality is as good as the wine, which is amazing. I enjoyed the vegetarian "Cordon Błue" and was blown away. Seriously great! The meats are outstanding, should you desire. I have never had wine fresh from the barrel. Well. A "glass" is actually a small pitcher and the wine tastes fresh. A slight bite to it, and definitely worth trying. So there you have it. A gem.
