The Brackstedter Mühle is a Hotel and restaurant never my home. My Parents in law have visited this place very often in the last 30 years. They like the Brackstedter Mühle because of the good service and dinner. The garden is a very nice place to sit in spring, summer and autumn. Businesspeople I know used to stay at the Hotel Brackstedter Mühle several times. Everyone liked the place. So und nun auf deutsch und etwas ausführlicher :) (Oh Mann ist mein Englisch eingerostet! Ich hoffe ihr verzeiht mir! :) ) Da ich persönlich in Brackstedt wohne, bin ich schon sehr oft in der Brackstedter Mühle gewesen. Auch meine Schwiegereltern gehen seit Jahren recht regelmäßig dort Essen und sind stets mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Meine 5 SterneBewertung ist ein Gesamteindruck, der sich aus vielen Kleinigkeiten zusammen setzt. Wie kann ich das am besten beschreiben? Es ist das, was im TV häufig als Gesamtpaket beschrieben wird. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotel und restaurants, die ich schon kennenlernen durfte (und die auch öfters mehr Sterne & exklusiveres Ambiente hatten) stimmte der Gesamteindruck trotzdem nicht. Das Essen hat eine hohe Qualität aber auch einen entsprechenden Preis. Ich finde, dass ist es wert. Das Hotel selbst hat natürlich keine 5 Sterne, aber Geschäftspartner von mir haben schon desöfteren dort übernachtet und haben stets nur Gutes berichtet. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Latte Macchiato. Die Farbe muss beim Umrühren ein braun sein aktuell ist es eher weiß, d.h. zu wenig Espresso drin, wie ich vermute. 5 Sterne weil: - Gutes Essen - Gute Zimmer - sehr Kundenorientierter Service - im Sommer auf der Terasse , einfach schön!

Aqua- a top 50 in the middle of the country…read more I decided to come here after making plans to come to Berlin for the first time. I've always wanted to rent a big body Benz and ride out on the autobahn. Deciding to do just that, I made my final destination Aqua. Glad I did. After almost a 2 hour on the autobahn (hit a top speed of 130mph) we arrived to Aqua. The location is interesting as it at the VW car headquarters, nestled in the Ritz Carlton. The service was incredible the food smelled delicious right when you walked in. The desert was the most spectacular due mostly the the paired flavoring. It was endless deserts made with fresh fruits, flowers, and what can only be described as Evergreens. Mousses, foam, and jelly balls were utilized to leave your tastebuds asking, 'more please'

I found this place and made a reservation months in advance. We have eaten at Noma and dozens of Michelin starred restaurants including some much more expensive three-star joints. This food was magnificent, the pacing and service perfect and the chef came out and had a nice visit with us (our 48th anniversary). I will let others describe the specifics but the gf and I each had one of the tasting menus. wow! A few days later at the opera we mentioned Aqua to a German friend. He said "well I hope it was good, it is the beat restaurant in Germany!"
