I like the daily pictures and updates. Along the way I've made some subtle changes and Joe has responded favorably. Most builders would grumble at changes. Not Joe. Joe has also made some recommendations that would save me the afterthought of what I could-a-should-a done when the boathouse was being built. I highly recommend Lakeland Pier and Boathouse for your project. If I could give them a ten star review I would. Sincerely Joe Derkits Oak Grove Trail Henrico NC . 11/2025 The boat house is finished and is gorgeous. Joe and his crew are true craftsmen. I had a very small issue with the boat and waverunner lifts which were rectified immediately with a little grease which may have been the boat lift companies oversight not Lakeland. I called sand spoke to Barbara who after telling her my issue , she stated the bearings probably just need to be greased. Sure enough Barbara was right. Being a Automotive Shop Owner for 52 years I'd of bet money the problem was not related to grease. I guess y'all aint too old to learn something new...THANK YOU BARBARA, JOE AND CREW.... My Boat and Waverunner love their new home.

Unfortunately the technician discovered the main control board had failed and our heater was over 20 years old so we needed to purchase a new one. With Labor Day weekend approaching we were worried they would not get it delivered in time from their supplier to fit us into their schedule..... but they were on top of it! They were able to get it installed and running in time for our 20 guests arriving on Friday afternoon. Thank you to the incredible, professional team at Dickens Plumbing!!! I highly recommend them!
