The noise pollution during the work week, starting at 7:30AM (!!!) until 4PM, is deafening and makes a stay at this hotel a total disaster! Where's the courtesy and responsibility of the hotel management to provide cautionary information to guests from abroad about this nuisance? I am extremely disappointed in how this situation is being handled by this otherwise reputable hotel! Dec. 23, 2015 Management of the hotel has taken my suggestion into consideration and posted a cautionary note about the noise situation on the reception desk as well as provided respective notes on their website. One cannot expect more and I appreciate that the hotel management followed-through on my observation which will be helpful for all future guests during the next few weeks. there are loads of things you can do here. there's a wide varietyof sports (badminton, squash,…read moreclimbing etc), some not so exhausting activities (bowling, snooker, mini golf etc), a spa and a couple of restaurants. in winter they even have a small skilift. if the weather's not so good and you're in the area, you can definitively spend a couple of nice hours here.

She even gave us complimentary drinks. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The highlight was the view from our room which was directly across the serene lake and gorgeous mountains. This is one place where you can relax, just sit down and enjoy the serenity around you.
