The asian individual's behavior is beyond rude. He attitude is exceedingly outrageous, hateful, races, angry and downright frightening! I think that the only reason he would be allowed to continue working there is that he must be the owner's son. Last week, I had enough! After he slammed the money draw shut for the second time, I stood there and asked if he was having a bad day, no answer or eye contact. I reminded him that I said "thank you" and asked if he could respond to me. I stood there for several minutes to see what he would do, and like normal, he turned sideways, refused to speak or acknowledge me or my thank you. What is wrong with the owner? He must know that he is losing MONEY and CUSTOMERS. read more

I saw the sign that reads $3.69 pulled in, got out of my car to confirm that the price was indeed $3.69 a gallon....I asked the "man" in the glass booth if that was the correct price....I repeated the $3.69 price from the sign. He was annoyed that I actually spoke to him. He was watching something on his laptop and seemed irritated that i interrupted him. He nastily replied that it was indeed $3.69. Told him I would like to fill up My car and I put $100 in the tray....he pulled the tray inside and picked up my $100 and Rhee it back down towards me...into the tray....he very rudely said he didn't have change....I said no problem....I'll run to the bank across the parking lot. I do...got get $20's and come back. Give the man my $80 and he snatches the money...I head over to the pump....price on pump remains $5.69....walk back towards booth and explain to man that the price on the pump still reads $5.69....he tells me to go back to my car, remove the gas pump handle, put it back in the pump and then try again....I do and it still reads $5.69 head on over to booth man and explain it still reads $5.69.....he calls me a stupid bitch, said take your fucking money back and go somewhere else...he then said...this is El Cajon Bitch, what the fuck did you expect. Two ladies had pulled up and were witness to his nasty attitude. One of the woman told me he is nasty to people all the time. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Worst customer service ive ever had! The gentleman working behind the counter obviously was having a bad day because his mood and attitude were so hostile, I almost felt threatened! Then I kept seeing him looking at my shirt which said Efrin he rolled his eyes and made a disgusting face. Ask him How's your day going, You OK buddy? Simply trying to be nice! His response with three words spoken and what I believe was Chinese? He then got up and left the register to go into the back closet and close the door. Once again, his hostile looks facial expressions and words, even though I didn't know what they meant, the tone was definitely threatening, and I would never feel comfortable having my mom, daughter or wife go to this establishment alone at night with this gentleman working, users beware!!!! read more

I stopped in to get gas this evening. The guy working was looking down and ignored me for 10 to 15 seconds. He looked up and I said what I wanted he flung the door open to put the cash in. When I went to put it in he pulled it back in and all my money fell on the ground. When he took the money out of the tray it was a $20 bill and a $10 bill and he use a pen to check it like it was counterfeit. I told him I needed a receipt. This was the rudest employee I have ever seen in my life. I hope the owner reads these reviews because they are all bad. read more

First, let me comment on your "platitude" that sounds like you care about the service you provide to your customers. Let me be crystal clear about this - your gas pumps provide more customer service than your attendant who ranks as having the worst ever attitude and overall demeanor. In other words, I am a frequent customer who dreads any encounter with the immensely rude, miserable guy running your business. I guess when your customers get tired of him and go elsewhere for their gas, maybe, just maybe you will consider all the consistent one-star rating you have because of him and you'll finally fire the guy. If your reviews had less than a one-star rating, you would get alot of response with that below zero feedback. read more

Wow $2.55 a gallon is what the sign says. I have nevet gone to a place of business and encountered an employee that didn't say one word almost smashed my finger in the pop out window where you put your money. Then to top it off has the wrong price on one of the signs. read more

Younger dude is an asshole not only are the prices for unpriced items high with him than the other Family members... I have only used this gas station in the evenings and the attendant has always been an Asian woman with the biggest smile in the world. She truly has a beautiful soul and is as cheerful as can be and that's why I decided to write this review. She makes her customers feel very welcome. It's unfortunate that the daytime attendant is a rude dick (judged by the other reviews). If you need to use this gas station (their prices are on the lower end) I would suggest going at night and your experience will be a pleasant one. read more

I avoid this place like the plague! there has been an employee working there for quite some time who is so far beyond rude that it's scary! He has an anger problem, and I pray he doesn't own a weapon. I can see by the other reviews here that I'm not singled out by the asshole. I took a chance tonight, because I was on E and this horrible place happened to be on the 'right' side of the road. He was there. After his total lack of eye contact, and refusal to put on the microphone, he shoved the drawer open at me. I tried to put my $20 in the drawer but he yanked it back too fast and then clearly became even more angry (though the little shit would still not make eye contact with me) because I had interrupted his textfest. There were NO OTHER CARS utilizing this business. I wonder why. He immediately shoved 15 dollars back at me and when I tried to explain that I had asked for $20 on #5, he said, and I quote, "WHAT??? (yes, he absolutely shouted this at me. Veins were throbbing on his forehead and neck) YOU SAID FIVE!!!" I work in retail. This trainwreck would have been fired long ago if he worked in a business that cares about customer service. I asked for his name. He refused to give it to me and went back to his all important phone while the veins on his face and neck continued to throb visibly. Boycott this ugly business. This asshole is going to end up hurting someone. Anybody know the owner's name? I have plenty to tell him. read more

Someone please tell me what is wrong with this guy that's working right at this moment. He is so rude. I have ever met and I have met some pretty rude people in all my 45 years. But this guy takes the cake he did not look up at me but he kept opening and closing the drawer that you put your money in without saying anything to me as I stood there for about 30 seconds. Then he yells at me and asked me how much money after I put the cash amount that I wanted for gas and his little drawer where I proceeded to tell him he has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Someone please admit this guy into the psych ward I think he's having a nervous breakdown. read more

The Asian guy that works here has a terrible attitude. He is rude! When I walked up to the kiosk he was on his tablet. He never looked up until he was done with whatever he was doing on it. Rather than him apologizing he just stared at me. Not once did he ask How may I help you? I had to tell him $15.00 on pump 3 and even then he only put $10.00 on the pump. He is extremely rude...this is not the first time I have encountered his attitude. I just let the first time go. I stopped in to get gas because I was very low and didnt know if I could make it home. The employee was rude I thought. First he ignored me and then he pulled the money in and out and mumbled something. I looked at my $50 dollar bill and said "WHAT?" He said he had NO change. Omg I've always seen people getting short with the attendant here and wondered why the were so rude. It's actually him! The young Asian guy in there is very rude. I am shocked that this establishment is still in business I stopped to get gas today and it looked abandoned.
