I usually do not get involved with car buying because of stereotypical experiences. Carlos is amazing! His approach is that he is there to help you make an informed decision and to help you get across the finish line if you choose to buy a car. Even David was honest and forthcoming in the finance area. Because we bought it through a business, David had to do a lot more work which took time but he was honest and upfront with us while that happened.

Long story short they told me due to an insurance/VIN error my vehicle was only worth around $4000 , they said it wasn't worth buying out and the manager himself said they'll just be sending the car to auction rather than trying to deal with the VIN issue because it would be a headache ... Ohh but I happen to look online and they're now selling that same vehicle for $23,000 !!! One second they're telling me it's basically a lemon that they didn't even want to touch BUT NOW they're selling it above market ??? They didn't expect me to want to buy out my lease , they then pulled out this weird scare tactic to convince me the car is practically worthless in the attempt to get me in another lease , now sell my used car , and continuing to profit from me. UPDATE ... Hey Scott ... why does your dealership have 2/5 stars on yelp ?? Pretty funny how much the dealership has gone down since you've been in management!

Can I knock 3 stars for the people being disingenuous but then bump the score back up a start…read morebecause this was , sadly, my best experience with a dealership and service center? Well, I'm gonna. A while back I booked an appointment for my cars horn, aux cable functionality and (non urgent (deemed by a separate place) check engine light issue all fixed. This place for other issues which were all mostly solved too. Great. But, I booked the appointment for essentially first thing on a Saturday, the best option for me with work and given they didn't have loaners available. I show up, give them my car and they call me a Lyft home. A couple hours later I get a call back saying "so we don't know what's wrong with your car and we're closing soon. Come get it." I come to find out when I got there about 30 minutes later that they just hadn't had the time to look at my car. If you're backed up and can't look at my car, tell me that when I drop off my car. Be honest. I ended up getting a loaner that had apparently just been dropped off and then got an email and phone call about my car and the issues first thing Monday morning. So, my appointment as scheduled originally was a waste. I could have just dropped the car off, as a walk in likely, on Monday and gotten the issues fixed then and there. My big issue is that they didn't give me the honest truth that they hadn't even looked at or gotten to my car. Don't lie and say you don't know what the issues are with my horn, aux cable and check engine light. Don't pull the wool over my eyes only to then actually look at the car when my father in law talks to your service techs. But hey, silver lining: James at the service center was very nice and I'd like to buy him a beer.

I had sent my cousins here to look at a used car that was listed on their website. They do not know much about cars at all and i was trying to help them out from afar to find a reliable used vehicle. They went and looked at a honda and realized it was not what they were looking for so they looked at a 2018 Kia Sportage that they also had. They ended up buying the car, but unbeknownst to them the dealership knew this vehicle had issues. They did not even have the car for one whole day before calling me to tell me that they were broken down and were having the car towed back to their house. When i got there the check engine light was flashing on the dash so I plugged in my OBD scanner to pull the codes. The code I pulled up was p1326:07e3 which indicates an issue with the Knock Sensor detection. Luckily enough, Kia stores the dates the codes appeared and we could see that the code was stored before they purchased the car and was hooked up to a scanner and cleared the code so the check engine light was be removed from the dash. Only problem is, even if it is cleared the light will reappear after driving it when the system detects an issue again. So that was issue #1. Upon looking at the wiring harness where the Knock sensor is located, we noticed that the main wiring harness is literally cut/broken where that sensor should be. So they sold a car to a customer that has a BROKEN main engine harness. Although that issue is related to issue #1, it actually makes it issue #2 because not only do we need a knock sensor now, we also need the pigtail and wiring to repair the main engine harness. If that's wasn't enough, while we were inspecting that, we noticed that the coolant reservoir was completely empty. We took a look at that and realized the rad hose wasn't even CONNECTED to the radiator! There was absolutely NO inspection done to this car when it was traded in/bought from auction and my poor cousins didn't even have the car for a whole 24 hours before this turd broke down. When my cousins spoke to the dealership the day after they offered no help and refused to take the car back. This dealership should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for their predatory and dishonest business practices. My cousin is a disabled service member who spent their savings account on a car that they haven't even been able to put 50 miles on. It now sits in the driveway until they can afford to get it fixed. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying a vehicle here. If they wanted to make things right, they'd take this car back and fix the things that should've been fixed in the first place.

I love the drive in service center here, and the staff in general is excellent. The waiting area is really clean and has free snacks and drinks. We recently also took my mother in law to purchase a new vehicle here, because our last experience at the other dealer was less than stellar. She was replacing her existing Kona that she had purchased at that other dealer where everything is always very high pressure. Here they treated her with kid gloves and made sure she found the right vehicle for her. When she wanted to sleep on it, there was no pressure tactics. She came back the next day to take one more test drive and complete the purchase and everyone again was incredibly accommodating. The big surprise was that it wasn't just the sales staff, but Finance was also quick and painless, and someone also sat with her to go over all the features in her new vehicle and set up her phone. They've earned our repeat business.

When we got back and we're talking prices I asked for my keys immediately because I knew I had to leave soon. The sales agent told me that he would grab them and came back with the price of the car, but not my keys. I asked again if I could have my keys back and he said in a minute and started to seem nervous. after this, he printed out the trade-in offer when he came back with that,I again asked for my keys back, and he said that his manager wanted to speak with me before I left he seemed very uncomfortable and apologized. I reminded him that I had a meeting to get to and then I asked him one final time for my keys. He said that he would go get the manager. He walked away and was gone for 5 to 10 minutes at which time I could see him in the manager's office talking to him. When they finally came back out, the manager immediately stopped to talk to two other people before coming up to me at which point I demanded my keys (he had them in his hand) , he pulled them away from me and tried to say something to me about buying a car today. At this point I was completely fed up, snatched my keys and walked out. I would never go here again. I felt extremely unsafe, and this manager's behavior was entirely unprofessional as a single woman shopping for a car alone I would never never never never never go to this Mazda dealership. WTF is wrong with people? You can't hold someone hostage to get them to buy a car, why would anyone think that works be acceptable or affective?

My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

When I arrived to test drive, the car ran a low battery alert on the second start after a few minutes of driving. I wanted to leave but something about the mileage and the Carfax convinced me it was clean and that there was no electrical issue besides the battery. Another buyer might've been wary of the alternator at that point, causing battery drain. Then, when you looked around the car, you'd notice it wasn't detailed properly. There was food dried to the B pillar and behind the steering wheel, as well as a bag of trash in the trunk. I noticed when I popped the trunk to check the battery after having already asked Ken to verify that it was in working order before I arrived to test drive the car. I didn't gripe about these issues. In fact, I made it an easy sale and I regret it. I didn't complicate the sale for issues which would have alerted other buyers to your indifference in preparing this car. How do you deliver a car with a dead battery to a buyer who drove 300 miles and gave you a week to prepare the car, while asking about key details including the battery. It reads negligent, and I am unsurprised that lack of care in adequately inspecting the car manifested again. You can produce a narrative about what I did to the car, but my evidence suggests you were more careless than I was and I believe strongly that others will agree. Last night, 13 days after purchase, the car threw a check engine light. Error code P120D bank 1, hose broken or defective. Upon closer inspection of the engine bay, you will notice lots of loose electrical tape that has been haphazardly wrapped around wiring. Now I know why. The engine bay was also likely power-washed, which can loosen hoses and wiring and clamping. I am extremely frustrated because I just made a purchase I can't presently drive, and trust me I could have purchased a lot of other cars. I was driving out to dinner last night with a date, and then I had to cancel plans because the car isn't drive-able in its present condition and now I am out of a car until I fix it. That's not how a new car purchase should work, and I will advise others about what I experienced because it is extremely irregular and deceptive to sell a collector-esq car that can't even be driven. The part that failed isn't regular wear and tear either, especially not at this mileage. You might have even cleared the code. Personally, I do believe someone did. As someone who has only purchased used cars in the past, and who has owned BMWs before, I can safely say this is irregular maintenance that would never appear on any clean car, but especially not on any car that had been well inspected because it's inexcusable to pop a drive-train issue this short after purchase on a car with this mileage. This isn't a "clean car." When I told Ken this and expressed my warranted frustration, he suggested I was driving the car too hard. However, His sales manager, Scott?, stated too much time had passed. Which excuse is it? I am unsure at this point but surely someone will reply stating I declined a warranty, which they are welcome to do. However, I am also entitled to say they don't inspect vehicles properly. They lie. They clear check engine codes. They will sell you poorly inspected used cars and my experience was poor before during and after the sale. Cannot recommend. Last text is Ken laughing about me for the damage. Sick.
