I am visiting from Texas and Jeremy gave me a great price on a Martin dxmae. I couldn't resist so I will be bringing back a guitar to Tx. Did not intend too bc I'm visiting my daughter, a traveling nurse. Driving back to Tx with my Martin. Small town feel with friendly service. If you haven't stopped in, I would recommend a visit. You could walk out with a guitar like myself. It was fun just to hang around and try a variety of brands, especially the guitars that were out of my price and league. Houston, we need this kind of guitar shop and service. We have guitar center back home, which I like, but this place blew me away. Ya'll try them out.

It has been nearly a year since I sent the agreed upon amount to ship my stuff, and although Jon has cashed the shipment checks, my equipment STILL hasn't arrived. Great service and quite a deal…read more I have had a termite contract with Brown Exterminating for 20 years now. It was only $75/year back when we locked in at that transferable rate. They did the initial treatment on my (then new) home. They have proactively and voluntarily come out to do a thorough inspection every year except last. I have never had a problem, but they did find "one termite" near the house one year and actually treated the area as a precaution (no charge). Another time, they informed me of a deck post that had water damage that I was unaware of and repaired. I am sure their prices are a lot higher now, but I would surely inquire with them if I moved. Outstanding value, great service, and highly recommended.
