Wow , they had the brand I'd been searching for , just didn't have the color I wanted . Andrew informed me that what I was looking for had already been ordered and would arrive in a few days and he would call me . Sure enough , Andrew called a few days later to inform me that "my" shoes had arrived and he was holding them for me . The next day , I went to Sports Center and was greeted by Andrew who immediately turned to go retrieve my shoes from the back . Loved them so much that I wore them out of the store :) Sports Center has always carried a large selection of shoes and outdoor clothing . They've always greeted me and no problem with returns . Makes me question myself as to why I would go anywhere else .

Woods & Water DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. I bought a $200 solar trail/security…read morecamera (Defend 360 by Tactacam). Within 2 weeks the camera stopped working. The plug end of the solar panel charge cable seperated causing the camera to not work/charge, no physical damage what so ever. I still had my receipt and all of the original packaging. I simply went in the store to swap the camera with the same model. I didn't want a refund, just wanted the same camera. I was only able to speak to a cashier about it who then went and spoke to a "gun manager". What I was told was "since the camera had been used they would not replace or refund"(camera is only 2 weeks old and still new condition) and that I would have to contact the manufacturer to see if they would send me a new solar panel with charge cable. I am so sick an tired of businesses like this selling products and if/when you have any problem with it "oh well you're SOL because you used the product that you paid money for, go figure it out yourself". P.S.- I won't put a name but the cashier I spoke to and who I have been through her register line a few times has that attitude that every customer who walks through the door just ruins her day, having to put her phone down or stop gossiping with the other cashier and actually do a little work is a inconvenience to her.

There…read morewas an individual at the counter just beginning to fill out a 4473 and I think I noticed three other individuals just looking around. My point being that they were not at all swamped with customers requiring assistance. That said, the persons behind the counter were more interested in telling stories about their personal firearms, etc. and everything else, other than offering to assist me. I was disappointed and offended by the way I was disregarded. Over the years I have purchased multiple firearms from this location, as well as thousands of dollars of optics, accessories, ammunition, reloading supplies, and other assorted gear. However, after this, I do not intend to give them another dollar of my hard-earned money. Although I do intend to suggest to all the shooters and hunters I know that they go elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed...
