I had a scheduled appointment for an RV wash and wax. The new owner of Gary's Mobile power wash called and had to cancel the appointment due to rain and thunder showers. He offered to keep me on the schedule incase an opening came up. He called me the next day and explained he had a cancellation for Sunday if I still wanted a wash and wax. I said I did as long as it wasn't raining. He promised to call me at 9am Sunday and if it wasn't raining he would come and wash and wax my RV. He never called. I tried calling him only to get his answering machine but he never responded to me. I made this trip to Cottonwood AZ specifically to get a wash and wax. Not very professional. read more

First of all, this was the best RV wash and wax we have experienced to date - and we have had our RV washed and waxed in AZ for the past 3 years. Buzz (I hope I got his name right) from Gary's Mobile Power Wash arrived promptly in the morning and spent the entire day washing and hand waxing our 37' rig. I have to believe that it took him longer than usual because the site that we were in had steep, slippery inclines on 2 sides. This didn't phase Buzz - he promptly pulled out his trenching shovel and proceeded to dig holes in order to level his ladder. He must have moved the ladder 6-8 times to places requiring digging. In spite of the challenges he faced, he did an excellent job washing and then hand waxing the rig. He also filled the holes and repaired the landscaping before leaving - very conscientious. I am so impressed with this company that I plan to make this a regular thing on our annual trips to Arizona - both coming and going. We don't usually stop in the Camp Verde area but changed our itinerary after talking to Gary, reading reviews and speaking with people familiar with their work. We were in Sedona last week after several weeks on the road with our Lance 830 truck camper and Silverado 2500. Gary's was the only place approved to wash your rig at Rancho Sedona RV Park, the only RV spot in town. We were glad to get a timely appointment (they come to you). Gary's son took care of us. That is an understatement. This was the BEST hand wash, & hand WAX I have ever had on either the truck, the camper, or any vehicle I've owned. Truth. I understand the wax should be good for close to a year. One year folks. The products they use are especially designed to hold up to intense sun, and will wear well in our moist Seattle environment also. Bugs on the camper overhang of truck cab just spray off. Spray off with water. He told me they would, and that's the only thing I was skeptical of. Wrong. They do. Surprised me. These folks under promise and over deliver. Photo speaks for itself. Had my 2021 Redwood washed on March 14,2022.Terribe job bugs still on front cap and top of front cap not even washed. Asked to have the RV waxed but the guy did not want to wax it. Called Gary and he said he would rewash the RV today April 18th. Did not show up this morning to wash it. Someone called me to tell me that I wasn't on the schedule and they couldn't get to it until April 23rd POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

We had our 35' Grand Design 5th wheel washed/waxed today by Derek from a Gary's power wash. Derek was prompt, professional & thorough. He spent some extra time removing some sticky gunk that the slides had left on the sides. I am VERY!! pleased with the quality of work done and the customer service I received on the phone from Gary. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Windows = Great, Graphics = Great, Roof = Great & TIRES!!!! = Great!!!!! They use their own water do you don't have to worry about poor water quality on your rig. read more

Had my RV washed today 6/26/19 and was looking it over after they finished. Was supposed to have had the front waxed but I noticed it still had water on it where it was shaded. Upon on closer examination the bugs were still present on the cap, especially one big one on the left hand side. No bug removal and no wax! Would not recommend them. Prices on site and on brochure in park is not accurate. read more

We are traveling from Northern California and picked up the typical road slime. Gary's Mobile Wash made our baby shine! We have a 2012 Tiffin allegro 32ca. They were gentle with the exterior, and the windows look great. You can see yourself in the wheel covers - they have never been that shiny. Quite a professional operation - they use very little water. We also got the roof treatment - nice to keep up the maintenance while on the road. Highly recommend. read more

I was totally happy to have found this service while staying in Cottonwood. When I called and spoke to Gary, I was happy he could fit me in the next day! My RV was covered in AZ dust and when I found out their wash was $75 and wash & hand wash was $185, I decided to go for the whole deal since it had been a while since I had it waxed. Chris was here for over 4 hours, so was obviously very attentive to detail, making sure windows were streak free, and the wax job was excellent! 0900 Jun 23, 2018: 84 f breezy; Buzz came to iur RV to wash . His set up was quick, walk around he observed the open garage vent (which I use to vent stand alone AC), said it would not be a problem. He was fast and efficient, but still took him almost 2 hours. He also washed my F350 for $20, the RV was $75. He is detail oriented, great work ethic. Said he was coming back tomorrow to do the windows as his supply of cleaner and rags was not with him. He was asked to do another while he was here, but could not since he was out of water, stated he would come back tomorrow and do that RV and Jeep Cherokee. Really worked hard read more

DON'T USE Gary's Mobile Wash! When we checked in at Distant Drums RV they recommend Gary's to wash our motor home, so I called him and got the earliest appointment two days later for 10:30. He then called late the day before and left a message saying he would be out around 11:30. Well, 12:30 rolls around and no Gary. While talking to another camper they mentioned that the wash guy was around the corner. So I walked over and ask when he thought he would be at my spot to wash & wax my coach. His reply with real attitude was "I'll get there whenever I finish this one" WOW After waiting until 2:30 we called to ask what happened and Gray stated that we cancelled. He then started to give me attitude and I mentioned WE NEVER CANCELLED! And a phone call would have been nice. I don't know why he moved our appointment when we had it first in the first place. We ended up missing an appointment and wasted 4 hours waiting for this clown. All I wanted was what you promised a wash and wax at the time we agreed to. But apparently Gary doesn't understand who the customer is. read more
