As a business owner, time management is crucial, and the repeated changes to the technicians' arrival time caused significant inconvenience. It was frustrating to be given a specific arrival time, only to have it altered multiple times without clear communication or explanation. This lack of punctuality and reliability is concerning, especially given the importance of prompt service in locksmith operations. There are numerous companies in the market that not only uphold excellent customer service but also ensure timely and efficient technical service. Two service technicians worked quickly and efficiently, removing the old deadbolt and installing the keypad. All along the way, they apprised me of the nuances of the keypad that I had chosen (battery replacement, how to know that the lock is set, etc.), and had me use the lock myself prior to their departure. It would've taken me 60-90 minutes to install a lock that they took care of in less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with their work and will recommend them to others as well as hire them for future locksmith needs.

It arrived with the instructions that I needed to find a locksmith who had the technology to program the fob to work with my car. This is how I ended up at Lakeland Locksmith. I called and they assured me that they could program the fob to work with my car. I drove over to their shop and the woman working there (Ashley) gathered the special equipment and we went to my car. She had a laptop sized device that she plugged into the socket underneath the dashboard on the driver's side. She also used a small palm sized device into which she inserted a specific card, for my vehicle. While sitting in the driver's seat she used my existing fob to gather the necessary codes and then copied them on to the new fob. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. The new fob now works exactly like the original and I have a backup. The cost was less than what the dealership had quoted me. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Locksmith.
