The work he did completely ruined my sliding glass door, he didn't clean up, and left in a hurry. It's going to cost me $8k to fix. I haven't been able to get a call back from the business and nothing has been done to correct the situation, even though they provide a guarantee. You can see the gaps in the frame of the door as well as the cuts that were made to the frame that don't even fit the lock properly. Don't make my mistake - I'm getting estimates to fix it now and its thousands.

Dear Bulldog Locksmith Team,…read more I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience with your company, as I believe providing feedback is essential to improving services and customer satisfaction. Firstly, I want to commend your customer service team, who were very courteous and professional during our interactions. Their approach was commendable and reflective of a team that values its customers. However, my experience with the technicians was quite disappointing. As a business owner, time management is crucial, and the repeated changes to the technicians' arrival time caused significant inconvenience. It was frustrating to be given a specific arrival time, only to have it altered multiple times without clear communication or explanation. This lack of punctuality and reliability is concerning, especially given the importance of prompt service in locksmith operations. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to the decision that I would not recommend Bulldog Locksmith to others. There are numerous companies in the market that not only uphold excellent customer service but also ensure timely and efficient technical service. To illustrate, I recently contacted another locksmith company that promised a specific arrival time and adhered to it precisely. This level of dependability is what I expect and believe all customers deserve. I hope this feedback is helpful and will be taken into consideration to enhance your service delivery in the future. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely,
