To top it off, the last time I was in, I heard one of the female employees offer to drive an older gentleman back to his house so he didn't have to sit there all day long. Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. I dropped the vehicle off, told Matt what I was told, and expected a $1000+ repair bill. When he called me late that same day he said that my back pads and rotors are at 40% and there is really no need to change them out yet. He also told me my shocks are perfect.
