After not receiving a return phone call from his office, I requested a quote using his online request form. His office responded the same day via email asking me for four items of information to process a quote for me. I emailed them the information the same day. After 7 business days and no response, I called Joe's office and spoke with his office manager Christina. I asked her why she had not responded to my request after giving her the information she asked for. She told me she had received my email but there information I provided was blank. I asked her why she had not at least emailed me or called me to tell me she did not receive the information. She did not have any response, instead she told me she would "have to talk with her boss". I told her that since she did not seem interested in helping me that I should "just move on". She told me that I should "move on". The service provided by this office was both unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not a business I would recommend to anyone!!
