My husband and I went to the Windsor office and met with Robin and Renee. We had just been coasting along not really understanding the details of our policies and decided to accept the offer of a meeting and combine it with a lunch date. We were so impressed with the depth of knowledge, the clarity of definitions and with their suggestions for better coverage. Also their patience and the amount of time they spent was really impressive. We left their office with such a greater understanding of where we stand insurance wise. Renee also included some finiancial advice that was much needed. Hope State Farm/Renee Hyde will continue to be our insurance provider for a long time! read more

State Farm has been our insurer for many, many years. When we moved to Windsor last year we switched to Renee Hyde as our agent. Renee and her team have been very proactive in reviewing our policies and making suggestions for the proper coverage amounts. In a recent review they even suggested eliminating a policy that no longer suited our needs. I especially appreciated how they monitor our premium payments and reach out if we are late. It has been such a refreshing to work with Aubrey and State Farm. Aubrey took my personal info and in less than 24 hours had a quote back to me. It needed to be reviewed and with the Kincade fire as I live in Windsor, I was having a difficult time finding reasonable insurance costs and companies that would insure my property. Aubrey followed up with me in a very timely manner and hence I have insurance through State Farm and the Renee Team. I am looking forward to many future years as having Aubrey as my insurance person for car and homeowners insurance. Keep up the great work Aubrey. Cheers, Ron read more

We've been with State Farm Insurance for a long time, but not always with this office. So happy we moved and have Renee Hyde and her fabulous team looking after us! Kara is usually our main go to for changes and updates, but recently we've worked with a new member of their staff Janet, who is also well versed in her field. Kara has been through so much with us in the past year for my husband, and us always supportive, attentive, and kind. Renee has always checked in on us and basically, we feel like we've found a second family with her and her team! If you are looking for exceptional customer service, and a team of insurance professionals that will look after ALL your insurance needs, I highly recommend Renee Hyde State Farm and her team. read more

We had Nationwide insurance for 14 years when they decided to not renew our insurance do to "wildfire" risk. As you can imagine, we were quite upset and surprised as we had never filed a claim. We called Renee Hyde- State Farm Insurance and were fortunate enough to meet Aubrey Miller. Aubrey was efficient and extremely helpful in navigating the process of obtaining a new policy with State Farm. She returned calls and emails quickly and answered our many questions. She gave us a few quotes to pick from to best suit our insurance needs. We are so happy we went with Renee Hyde-State Farm. Having had a handful of insurance agents and carriers over the past 30 years, I am so happy to have found Renee. After reviewing my vehicles and living situation, Renee quickly offered her expertise by recommending the most suitable coverage and promptly provided quotes. Renee was able to combine my renters, motorcycle and car insurance (with better coverage than previous policies) and was even able to add an umbrella policy, all for significant savings over what I was paying previously. After being hit by a car while motorcycling, Renee and her team guided me through the process in both working with State Farm and the other driver's insurance carrier. In the end, the accident was determined to be the other driver's fault but it sure helped having Renee and her staff be there through the whole process. Highly recommended for expertise and knowledge about all kinds of insurance, savings... great location and fantastic staff. read more

I Love Renee Hyde and her State Farm office. I was with Allstate Insurance for almost 20 years and NEVER heard a word from my agent. I had Renee Hyde give me a quote on our auto's and home. She was so thorough with the questions she asked in the initial interview that we found out we weren't insured correctly on our granny unit and really under insured for everything else. I was involved in an accident and my first call was to Renee Hyde's office. The first thing they asked "Are you okay". Not only did they send out a tow truck immediately I received two more calls later that day asking how I felt and if there was anything her office could do. They are not only professional but, have that personal touch everyone wants when dealing with an accident. I'm a mortgage lender and I refer all of my client's to Renee for insurance. Her staff is professional, friendly and every client I send is grateful for the introduction. Renee now has ALL my insurance and I couldn't think of a better person or office to handle my insurance. read more

We have had State Farm for about 5 years. You never know how good your insurance is until you have to use it. First we had a house fire a few years back. Craig was on top of it. of course they want to make sure you are alright but then they get everything in motion so that you can get your house back together as soon as possible. it was such a seamless process. On a more recent occasion, I received a letter from State Farm saying we needed to get together to make sure all the house stuff was where it needed to be. I was afraid that this meeting was going to cost me more. it wasn't that at all. Renee was checking in with me to make sure we had enough coverage. she wasn't trying to sell me anything more but just taking care of me because I am her client. I walked out of there feeling lucky that I am in great hands. Thank you Renee to you and your team. Liz Windsor read more

I've had the same insurance company for 16 years, but no longer live where that agent is, have a house now and a baby on the way. I figured it might be time to shop around for some cheaper rates while we add on life insurance. I got a flyer in the mail about this office and so decided to call to get a quote. Firstly, while they were super friendly, I was on the phone for an HOUR just to get the initial quote information across (on July 24th) I work full time so my time is limited. Once the quote came to my email I looked it over and seemed good. Since we were changing both auto and home I had some reservations and it took a couple of weeks to decide, but finally my husband and I decided to make the change. The auto rate was exactly the same as what we were paying but we would save a lot on the home. We made an appointment to go sign up, and learn more about life insurance rate options. Again, nice enough to accommodate us on a Saturday, but again, were there for 2.5 hours. When we started to discuss the auto policy, magically there had been a "rate increase" as of the first of August...they didn't know that the rates were going to increase 6 days after providing us a quote? I think they did and chose not to disclose. Obviously we would have made our decision a little faster had we known about the rate increase. We got life insurance quotes and figured it would be best to go through the evaluations, phone calls and then make a decision on our option, but we decided to proceed with home and auto because the rate increase wasn't significant enough to offset our savings. So we paid for our first month auto policy. The next week, my husband and I both spent a good 25 minutes on the phone answering life insurance call questions and the week after that had our health check. We should be good to go and were excited to be saving some money, have a friendly office to go to with questions and focus on the arrival of our new baby. The next week, that all ended. Three and a half weeks after our switch and payment, I get an email that they didn't know about my husbands tickets and that our auto rate would increase by $80/month. EIGHTY DOLLARS PER MONTH! I had a few issues with this. 1) they're system is connected to the DMV they took our DL numbers and copies the day we signed up, they should have been able to see the tickets that day...2)$80/month?! it's not like they are reckless driving tickets or something. 3) If they couldn't see it that day, why 3 weeks?and ironically after jumping through all the life insurance hoops?! Being 6 months pregnant, the last thing I needed was to start my search all over again. They told us they cancelled the coverage change (and luckily...but also concerning, my previous insurance hadn't processed the cancellation yet, don't know if it was the fault of this office or my previous insurance) and we were still paying the monthly on my old insurance, so we just needed the first month back. SIX weeks after paying that initial month, we still haven't received a refund, so I disputed the charge with my credit card. Imagine our surprise this past Friday when we received a bill in the mail for the auto insurance policy we cancelled 3 weeks ago! My husband called and the person at the call center said we were still active. How incompetent can you be? This office is shady and just looking to "sweet" talk people into how nice and personal they are, all the while just trying to pull the wool over your eyes and make a buck anyway they can. My advice...STAY AWAY from this office. read more

Renee Hyde has been our State Farm Insurance Agent since my wife and I moved to California over six years ago. She helped streamline our insurance needs and set up an easy payment plan through an auto-debit system. There have been several claims filed on the two vehicles and each one was handled professionally and most of all, quickly by Renee and her staff and the State Farm Adjusters assigned. One repair, a ripped convertible top, was not done correctly, and she made arrangements for the shop to correct the problem at no additional cost. Renee now handles my business insurance, our home renters and umbrella policies, as well. Her staff is a delight to work with and I would highly recommend Renee to anyone looking for a friendly and highly professional insurance agent. read more
