The staff made me feel at home and were genuinely concerned about my well being and cared to get to know me. I started physical therapy after being in a car accident. As a result, I ended up with a herniated disc. I was in a lot of pain. I never thought I would be able to recover. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ramil was able to answer and explain thoroughly. I am grateful to have had PT at this office. Fast forward today, I am feeling great and almost back to feeling normal. I've been seeing Dr. Chen for over a year as my Dr. was not comfortable prescribing any pain medication even though I have been on it for over 19 years. My last appointment was in December. I was supposed to have one in Jan 26th, however I was called and told that I would not be able to get one until March so they gave me a refill till then. April comes and no appointments. I called twice to let them know I hadn't been seen, and my medications were nearly depleted. I was told that they best they could do was give me an appointment July 15th. I explained that one of my medications side effects was a mood booster, and that I have been warned multiple times, by multiple doctors not to stop it suddenly. Well that didn't matter to the scheduling department. July 15th was the best she would do for me. This staff happily let and my family suffer though the misery of the withdrawal symptoms that led to 2 urgent care and an emergency visit. Again Dr. Chen is amazing. Scheduling staff couldn't give a care if you died.

i wanted physical therapy, doctor kept pushing me to get an epidural. i didn't want one because…read moreit's a serious procedure and it scares me. so i think because of that he was rude and not helpful at all. i told him i don't want opioids right away so they wouldn't treat me like a drug seeker, but he was irritated anyway. apparently i have no say in my treatment and he gets to decide for me...if not i won't be helped. he was dismissive and didn't gaf about helping. i got 3 mris the week i hurt my back, went to the er twice, and ive been pretty much sedentary since i got hurt. i guess dr. dingleberry knows more about my pain than i do. the american health care system sucks because of people like them....it took at least 20 phone calls just to get an appointment. an appointment with a rude and incompetent "doctor"

During my conversation with the scheduler, I was told that the practice would not see me because I do not have an attorney representing me. I explained that I am not in litigation, I am capable of handling my own insurance claim, and I simply wanted to receive medical care. I was surprised to learn that, according to the representative, their protocol is not to treat auto accident patients unless they are represented by legal counsel. As a patient, I find that extremely concerning. Access to medical care should not depend on whether someone has hired an attorney. It left me questioning whether medical decisions are being influenced by legal or financial considerations rather than a patient's medical needs. I hope the practice reconsiders this policy because people injured in accidents deserve access to medical evaluation and treatment regardless of whether they choose to retain an attorney.

Despite having documented imaging (MRI/CT) of a back injury, the treatment feels dismissive. They lack flexibility with appointments and seem more focused on billing for notes and redundant vitals than on patient comfort or resolution. They even lost the record of a previous telehealth visit I had with the doctor. Once my current treatment is over, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this office if you want to feel heard and respected.
