One of the most caring professional that I ever had the pleasure to have to deal with.

I live with many chronic and debilitating conditions. I am no longer able to work in my field,…read morewhich requires the Master's Degree that I earned. I am educated, intelligent, and extremely in tune with my body. I am permanently disabled, and going to therapies and doctors' appointments has become my full-time occupation. Dr. Robertozzi provided me with the single-most terrible medical experience that I have ever had. I have had a condition in one of my toe nails for many years. My regular podiatrist is no longer practicing, so on the suggestion of my pcp (I needed a local doctor), I made an appointment with Dr. Robertozzi. I showed Dr. Robertozzi my toe, I described what happens with the nail, I even brought in the nail that I had removed myself (Multiple Sclerosis limits sensation - no pain killers). He had never heard of the nail condition and dismissed me, bragging about the fact that he "is the doctor" and that I should trust his "years of experience practicing medicine." He told me me that I have nail fungus. I 100% do not. I have never burst into tears in a doctor's office before because of the practitioner's behavior and treatment of me - as a person, let alone as a patient. But I left his office with mascara running down my face. His words and actions made me feel small, unheard, dismissed, and intellectually little, which I am not. My condition was first described and named in 1999, and that was about 25 years before my appointment. I know that I did *my* research. I do not recall anything about any of the other staff, as I found Dr. Robertozzi's treatment of me to be quite traumatic. Perhaps he is a great doctor for some other people, but he failed me. (Please forgive typos or grammatical errors. Recalling this was not a pleasant experience for me.) Be happy. Be loved. Be well.

Dr Robotozzi is stellar in his field. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.read more
