Insurance/pharmacy required authorization from doctor. Called office and was told "we dont do authorizations". Paid retail cost for medicine. Filled out questionaire about other potential services they provide and received a call the next day for a sales pitch.

I was in the office for no more than 15-20 minutes with maybe 5 minutes of that being time spent with the doctor. He walked in, didn't introduce himself, didn't ask any questions about history or activity and barely touched my foot. Offered an injection and clearly was not going to say what the injection was until I specifically asked. I find out he is billing me for a new patient appt of 30-44 minutes which is absurd given that he spent no more than 5 minutes with me and did absolutely nothing for me. He essentially told me I can do steroid injections, get better sneakers and a night brace and live with it. My husband has suffered with plantar fasciitis for years so I know there are many other options. I left speechless at how terrible that experience was. DO NOT go to this doctor. He clearly does not like what he does. I have never experienced such a horrible physician experience and that includes my experience as a patient and working in the medical field.

Visited this podiatrist at the Parsippany foot and ankle location for removal of plantar warts. I…read morewanted warts surgically removed as my son was returning to college. Doctor told my son not to do it on the day of the appointment if he had something important to do in the next 3-5 days but to come back. My son needed this advice and returned the next week to get the warts removed. Then we were charged $125 for a "chemical treatment" for the first visit, which is ridiculous. I was told well maybe that would have taken care of it (which it certainly would NOT have). I feel this was a way to bill for two visits and charge for a needless chemical treatment.
