When I explained this to him, he refused to examine the aching tooth, stating that he would not look at it until I had a filling replaced on a different tooth. This did not make sense to me, as the tooth requiring the replacement filling was not causing me any issues. When I specifically asked, "So you aren't going to even look at the tooth that is hurting?" he rudely responded, "No." I left the office with my tooth still in pain, and the following day I cancelled my two upcoming appointments. I felt that the practice was more focused on financial gain than on addressing my immediate dental needs and pain.

Full marks for bedside manner, speed, and skill. He came in with an air of confidence, and his performance backed it 100%. She made sure I was comfortable and that I didn't feel any pain or sensitivity. The office is always neat and tidy. The office staff is so friendly and very helpful whenever I changed insurance coverages. They handled everything from their office with my new dental insurance. The hygienists and Dr. Noriesta always makes me feel at ease. I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist even for a routine cleaning, but the staff puts me at ease every single time. My hygienist always asks how things are going and if there are any dental or medical issues I'm having that she should be aware of. Procedures are explained to me beforehand especially if they find something that needs attention during a routine cleaning. An example was while my teeth was being cleaned, I felt a bit of discomfort and ever so slightly flinched. My hygienist noticed my reaction and asked me what I was feeling. After further examination by Dr. Noriesta, he explained that I had a cavity that they can either fix now or I can wait until it really starts to bother in a couple of months. I opted for the "now". So glad that I didn't have to wait for another appointment. Preventive maintenance is so much better and less painful than being reactive.
