My issue is these are not the front row seats that we paid for and reserved & the venue was not first come first serve. The owner's wife refused to honor our reserved seats and made accommodations for the two women who sat in the middle of a 6 person couch. It would be one thing if our tickets didn't have a seat number.... We've been to this venue at least 6x before coming to Ikons of Rock for the first time.
