I shared my situation with JJ and he said they had over 85 appointments for service on this Monday but he would see what he could do. Not only did they charge us four individual diagnostic fees, but they also refused to roll the diagnostic costs into the actual repair work once we agreed to move forward--meaning we were forced to pay for the diagnostics entirely on top of the labor. Worse yet, they charged us a diagnostic fee for a service they couldn't even perform simply because they didn't have the part for an older vehicle.When we researched the national average and checked with neighboring Cadillac dealerships and independent luxury mechanics, Andrews Cadillac was roughly triple the price. The parts for our repairs totaled less than $300, yet they charged an astronomical $1,500 in labor.To top it off, the communication and customer service were horrible. We had to follow up with them multiple times just to see when the work would be done. When we finally called them, it turned out the car was already ready and we could have picked it up much earlier--they just never bothered to reach out.
